If he doesn't have ovaries, and has a penis, even a constructed one, it is scientifically impossible for him to be menstruating, and he has a psychological problem. If he has a vagina and ovaries, he is a female.
In all seriousness tho some of Patnetters argue that SJW nonsense is only on margins on society, that they have no influence etc. The fact that this anti-scientific nonsense is broadcasted on a major network proves otherwise.
