The council voted on Tuesday to tear down the Winchester Ranch Mobile Home Park which currently has 111 mobile homes, to make way for the construction of 687 residential units.


These are trailer people for a reason. LOL good luck stacking them like logs on top of each other.

This only means people in the community will have to drive further for their drugs.

The builder will likely be the one who pays for all these costs for the mobile home folks. Guess who will have to pay for it on the back end? The new home buyers. How do you expect the cost of housing to be affordable when you stick all kinds of fees and costs to the builder?
