The builder will likely be the one who pays for all these costs for the mobile home folks. Guess who will have to pay for it on the back end? The new home buyers. How do you expect the cost of housing to be affordable when you stick all kinds of fees and costs to the builder?
This really should be a model for the developments of other mobile housing units.
