Dastardly, possibly, but is it rape?

If an ambitious ingenue is presented with a proposal that requires fucking that despicable hairy ape Weinstein for a movie role, and she reluctantly agrees, is that rape?
*******
Harvey Weinstein sent Sopranos actress a box of chocolate penises before he 'raped' her as court hears she said 'hope he has a job for me' when she heard he wanted her number just two months before she revealed the assault to Ronan Farrow

Sciorra messaged her friend in August 2017 saying she was 'more broke than I ever imagined, I haven't worked in years and I have been reaching out to friends'; She added: 'I am hoping Harvey has a job for me'

In October 2017, she spoke with to Farrow at the New Yorker about her alleged rape at the hands of Weinstein

In an emotional testimony Sciorra, 59, described how Weinstein, 67, 'overpowered' her in the early 1990s

She told jurors she 'punched and kicked' out but 'couldn't fight anymore because he had my hands locked'

The actress said Weinstein told her he had 'perfect timing' after ejaculating on her nightgown

'I didn't have very much fight left inside me at this point', a visibly distressed Sciorra told the court

Weinstein, 67, has pleaded not guilty to charges of assaulting two women, Mimi Haleyi and Jessica Mann

Sciorra's rape allegation from the early 1990s is too old to be charged as a separate crime, but prosecutors hope it will show that Weinstein was a repeat sexual predator - a charge that could put him in prison for life

Her testimony sets up the first of several face-to-face confrontations between Weinstein and his accusers

Weinstein hobbled into court Thursday without the aid of his walker and supported by his legal team

NO... it's not rape...she could be accused of prostitution though.

Oh, I am sure he had "a job" in mind, as well as a "position." Position in this case will be on your knees for this type of job.

It’s kind of like a butcher suing you because you won’t pay the same price for old meat that you paid for fresh filet mignon.

It's not rape if you're in a fucking night gown.
She was in her tighty nightie and Weinstien was in his tighty whities end of story.

Nothing dastardly - she wanted something from Mr Weinstein, and gave him something he wanted in return. He kept his part of the bargain (got her a gig), but she is going back on her part.

It is indeed a case of the prostitutes trying to get benefits for sex, and then trying to get benefits again through false claims of "rape".

Every woman voluntarily alone with a man should be assumed to have consented to sex with him.

Reminds me of this old joke:

A woman is trying to pay with a $100 bill at a store.
(clerk) "Sorry, ma'am, but this bill is counterfeit"
(woman) "Call the police - I've been raped two days ago!"

I was hoping there would have been just ONE, girl in the world that went to Miramax in the last 3 decades, and refused to put out. So they went back home with their dignity and chastity in tack. You know if it actually happened, that girl would have the most rock solid case for a law suit, than any of these Bimbo Commie Tarts that sucked his nob dry, and then assumed the position for Weinnerstien.

It didn't fucking happen, every one of them hoes, put on their sexiest underwear for that interview. And knew exactly what was going to happen.

Of course.

Weinstein was just a bit stupid about it all, amazingly. Arrogance overrode common sense. What he should have done was collect emails and texts from the women beforehand, documenting them saying exactly what they were willing to do for the roles, and then their expressions of gratitude afterward. Perhaps even collected video of the actual events. Problem solved.

She was a slut in the Sopranos too..

Weinstein is being gang raped by lawyers, just as the Founding Fathers intended.

This article so mixes up the stories of a alleged rape in the 90s that is not being judged, with 2017 apparently voluntary sex for money, that I can't tell what happened exactly.

I believe he did rape some of them, but others may not have been.

The one from Law and Order described rape.

I think he got so little resistance most of the time that he could not accept no.

The world didn't always work like does now. We had a whole different social contract than today. Back then you could grab a girl and kiss her, if she didn't push back, and kissed you. You grooved on that for a while, then you started playing octopus hands. How she responded had everything to do with it. If she thought you crossed the line she would let you know. If she moaned while you fingered her, you would keep going all the way. Today what I just described is rape and assault because it's politically expedient to classify 100's of thousands if not millions of years of Human mating rituals as Assault.

If they didn't tell him to stop and didn't get the hell out of there, or did not call the cops afterwards, then they were whoes putting out to get ahead.
Not one rape victim among them. Now I'm still waiting for the girl that ran out of there never to aspire to be an Actress again. She was assaulted and fought off being raped. She deserves every dime Miramax ever made.

More like prostitution, or just whoring out.
16   clambo   2020 Jan 25, 11:14am

Some of them were raped, a lot maybe were willing.

Ironically, I think the one gal might have been Rose McGowan.

She may be a dumb woke slut, but she's not a prostitute. Kudos to her.

I think Ashley Judd did. Basically, Weinstein blacklisted her from behind closed doors and convinced everyone else to not hire her.
