This is THE book about the science of anti aging longevity research. First because it reports all the peer reviewed scientific research up to the date of publication, last year. Second because it is so well written that even those who might qualify as sciencephobes, such as my self, with a very limited understanding of science, will not only be able to understand most of the information presented but will actually find this book a page turner. It is a joy to read.
It is not only a book about cutting edge science but it is also an inspirational book. Sinclair who is himself one of the most recognized and respected scientists in the field of anti aging and longevity research, at Harvard University, makes it abundantly clear, that we are on the very cusp of making a dramatic extension of the youthful human lifespan. This is the book you want to recommend to your friends and family still think this anti aging longevity stuff is science fiction, which of course it was just a few years ago.

Let's fix the coronavirus and the declining life expectancy in the US first before going back to pipe dreams.
