She wants to load it up with her own self-serving pork. No surprise there. Maybe the solution to this type of situation (which is basically the case of every budget) is to break things up into small chunks, allow the president a line-item veto, and post the results for the people to see.

Like I keep saying, the Dems have No COUNTER to the Trump playbook. Trump takes the ball, scores, and then refuses to kickoff. The Dems don’t know what to do, and instead vote down a spending package designed to help the average American cope with economic catastrophe! The DEMS!!!!
