Can states legally entice Joe Blow to move there, offering no state income tax, rebating his sales taxes, giving him the right to live in a penthouse the state will lease while he occupies?

The only thing Joe Blow has to do is to agree to hire a dozen housekeepers, butlers, chefs, etc.

BUT, the state will even rebate part of his employee's payroll taxes and give it to Joe Blow!

If that's illegal, and corporations are people... why can states do this for Amazon & Walmart Facilities?

Good Question. Also, how come my Great State of Texas has not executed any company, or at least its CEO, while they execute criminals all the time?

A corporation without a mask coughed on me at Walmart. They have no shame.

Don't you understand? There are no set rules, there is no law. Law is only enforced when it's politically advantageous.

And don't you remember Timothy Geithner? He didn't even bother to FILE taxes. Don't you remember that?

There is no rule of law.

If there was, you could run IBM for president, after all, that person meets the age requirements and is a natural "citizen" since it was born here.

The law doesn't matter. Dispense with the idea that the law is actually followed. It's not.
