The phased plan for reopening came out yesterday. It is basically a death sentence for gyms and many other businesses. What do gyms have to lose at this point? Might as well reopen and plan a court battle.

Unfortunately, the public hypochondriasis and fear have gone ballistic, too, and businesses are caught in a perfect pincer of dying on the vine of obedience, or dying from enhanced perception of liability. They are really, really, fucked. The government needs to end this madness now.
