I have several thoughts on this.
Someone or something is intentionally trying to infect Trump's outer circle, with the hopes they will bring it into Trump's inner circle.
Since Dr Frauduci probably meets with the aids and outer circle before joining Trump in press conferences, and Trump hasn't had one with the Dr. in Weeks.
Trump is now using it, to sideline Dr Frauduci and much of the task force.
But to be sure, nobody is deathly sick right now, they are swabbing positive and being quarantined.
Dr. Frauduci wont be around to undermine Trump now for the next two weeks.

It made me wonder if they were intentionally separating the president and vice president for security reasons. It seems like they could just quarantine or move Pence locally if it was just a covid concern. And also, why have Trump announce to the world that Pence was "far, far away".
Struck me as odd.
But, news now says Pence plans to be in the white house on monday.
