And the worst hit were young adults, who disproportionately lost their jobs and were declared non-essential. 50% of under 30s lost jobs during this fiasco. And then they were denied social contact or freedom to move around and do the things they enjoyed.
Is it any wonder?

This will be remembered as the time the Boomers crushed the economy in fear for their lives, crushing their kids and grandkids futures and well being in the process.

No shit.

The extreme Karens I know have all been tested, one got two (!?) tests somehow.
One lives with my friend and if I go over she hides, staying at least 20 feet away from me.

She said to me “they can’t open things up until we are tested.”
“What if I have no symptoms because there is no pandemic here?”

I’m a boomer and I said don’t shut down just because they don’t have enough masks, make a fucking mask and go to work.

A bunch of my boomer friends also think it’s bullshit and disagree with the shut down and house arrest.

Back to Mom's basement. That is, if Mom still has a basement.
