Here's more of the video, still hasn't shown the point where they end up on the ground, but you can see he was resisting.

I missed that part in the video can you tell what time I should start looking?

Unless there's a general consensus that if there is a Police brutality problem and it has nothing to do with race, and they address those issues.
Then I would fully expect everyone to get your ass in the police car, when you are hand cuffed and the back door is open. They are the Law and Order employees, And that kind of shit, is the definition of not complying to law and order. If I have to submit to law and order then so does George Floyd and everyone else.

I would like to see this policy come out of this.

Police pulls you over, upon their stop they have reason to place you under arrest. Provided it's not a Felony arrest and you have not given them any reason to treat you like a criminal. They give you a paper you read and sign. It says that you're under arrest, and informs you that this is not a voluntary arrest. But you do have the right to place yourself in the back of the police car without constraints unless you give them a reason.
You sign it and you get in the police car, they take you to jail and you don't have to be treated like it's a Dangerous Criminal Prison transfer.

The paper also States if you resist and or put up a fight, they are authorized to Pepper Spray, Batons, Tazers and if their lives are threatened they may use Judicial force with their firearm.

That would end all of this nonsense. And the body cam footage would have legal footage of the Shooting victim actually resisting the arrest, show they had the option but went with the Violent offender mode of an arrest instead.

People that smacks the paper out of their hand, and act like they are more important than the cop and don't have to read the paper. Can be slapped like a Fascist Fag in GoGo boots by a Russian Mall Cop.

But for those that get it, I think it would solve a lot of the hysteria, panic and fear of being arrested. I don't think it's the being arrested that frightens people, it's the being cuffed and 100% at the mercy of what every comes next. Knowing all you did was not pay a speeding ticket. Most people would just get in the car, like they are the back seat passenger going to McDonald's.

All modern police cars have a pretty solid barrier between the front officers and back seat passengers, so after a pat down I don't think safety would be a concern.
If a non violent criminal doesn't have a weapon and that's been established, hand cuffing them serves no purpose other than to humiliate and make them submit, not much different than the BLM making Cops kiss their Boots today.

He didn't do anything that warranted execution on the spot.

I don't think they meant to kill him. I've seen a few other police videos from that city, they all use the same technique. It's part of their training. The police chief is (black). I'm telling you, it's in training and policies there. This wasn't actually racist, there was 0 racism evidence.

Or he was restrained per MPD manual and accidentally expired due to the drug coctail in his system. This is what officer's defence would argue in front of the jury.

Yup - but the Democrats and BLM support to the hilt the Public Sector unions that protect bad cops and make reform impossible.

So until the Democrats and BLM get serious about reigning in their union paymasters protecting bad government, they are just pissing in the wind.

if you're in the cops' car and it's going to make them late for a donut, chances are better than even that you're going to die.

So true.

That's why the only thing you should ever say to a cop is yes sir, no sir, and please don't beat me sir.

But seriously, cops have to deal with thugs day in and day out. If they have reason to believe, or evidence to suspect that you have violated the law cooperate and be as nice as you can. For them it is a pleasant change, for you it could be a lesser charge.

One time I was racing up towards the Caldecott tunnel heading for Oakland; nice twisty uphill, good road. Not much traffic, people were going the regular speed of 70 - 80. I was going considerably faster. I passed on the right someone cruising in the fast lane, when I noticed the red light behind me.

Busted!

I safely got to the right and pulled over. The motorcycling officer jumped off his bike behind me and came up to the passenger side. I quickly apologized, "I'm sorry officer, was I going too fast?". He said, "I clocked you at 89 mph, did you even see me on the side of the road?" I apologized again and made the lame excuse that the car was so fun to drive fast. I handed over my license, registration, and insurance card and waited. 5 minutes later he came back with a ticket for exceeding the posted speed limit (one point violation, traffic school and fine). I thanked him and headed on my way.

I could have caught some serious charges including reckless driving, a misdemeanor in California. If he wanted to be a dick he could have taken me to jail and impounded the car.

Cooperate with police when they catch you breaking the law and it won't be as bad for you.

Live a thug life, die a thug death.

There's no coffee in jail either.

That's what convinced me to live on the straight and narrow.

Me too. 280 heading out of SF after passing the Junipero Serra Park swerve. About 120 clocked (so he says) if I recall but I was going faster. About 1:30AM because bars suck in CA and close early. I saw him before the swerve. He was stopped at the park. I saw the cherries and waited by the 92. I should have fucking bailed but I was a puss. My excuse: New sports car, not used to it vs. the jacked up 4WD I drove out from TX in.

I always keep my hands on the wheel too. Why stress the fuckers out and get shot?
10   just_passing_through   2020 Jun 8, 10:17pm

Oh, I left out the part where I said things like, "Yes sir", "No sir", "Sorry sir" and how he just yelled about me about wild animals like deer then wrote me a ticket just under the level I'd get into real trouble. I think it was 79 so I could go to traffic school.

So this guy was way more pissed off at me for being a dip-shit than he would have been if I was just some black guy.

Somehow I wound up not getting killed. It's strange.

Okay, so now I understand why all these Leftist outlets were running "BodyCams don't solve anything" articles a week ago.

In the top few hits on the first page of Google:

What was released before the officers were charged is heavily censored, you can't see Floyd or his companions at all. I don't think it's Chauvin, but one of the other ones. The officers seem very calm and nonchalant. Unfortunately the Audio of Floyd and Companions is also censored. If this is an officer simply detaining Floyd's companions, why were all 4 charged? This one is clearly just doing his job, he seems relaxed and calm, almost friendly.

Ellison quickly snatched up the Bodycam footage that covers the part where Floyd is resisting in the car. Ellison wouldn't have done that if it damned the officers.

70s Leftists "Well, cops are all White"
1980s-1990: "Okay, we had several years of big recruitment efforts, and now the cops very closely resemble their city"
Late 80s Leftists: "Well, the police chiefs are White!"
1990s-2000s: "Lots of Black Chiefs now."
2000s-2010s Leftists: "Well, the police are acting White" - Tah Naheesi-Coates

With Leftists, the problem is always that the Welfare/Affirmative Action/etc. wasn't Enough.
