Biden Campaign will suffer from Lockdown End

Before the lockdowns, his campaign was flailing. Biden seemed to make it a point to stick his foot in his mouth at every available opportunity. Do you remember when he called a voter a “damn liar” in Iowa? Or when he oddly asserted that 150 million people have died from gun violence over the last 13 years? While these incidents might seem like forever ago with all that is going on in the country, they shaped the poor public perception of Biden before the coronavirus took the spotlight away from him.

With the lockdowns ending, Biden will lose his advantage of staying out of the spotlight. He will have to transition from interviews with friendly hosts, conducted from his home in Delaware where aides could carefully control optics, to the unpredictable style of town halls. Without any handlers able to manage every moment, his loose tongue or instigative attitude toward voters threaten to define the remainder of his campaign.

Biden still had blunders over the last few months that would have made headline news during normal times but were quickly forgotten amid the pandemic reports. Honorable mentions include when he asserted black Trump supporters are not really black, stated just 85,000 jobs were lost due to the coronavirus but millions had died, and appeared to fall asleep during a virtual town hall with Hillary Clinton. Such faux pas will become more frequent as Biden is forced into public and will do greater political damage with a news cycle more focused on the election.

Dems always project, so their attempt to pre-emptively Trump with the "Bunker" Claim (demonstrably untrue) is really a projection of the fear of Biden leaving his easily managed virtual-only campaign from his basement in Delaware.

Joe just has to lay low, keep the pie hole shut and let the opposition self destruct

Too late for that. And I don't really know how the "opposition" could self destruct. All the current events have nothing to do with Trump or the position of POTUS or Biden running. The city of Minneapolis had a shit policy of dealing with subduing a criminal. I think it was wrong, but the city council, mayor and police union President should be the one's on trial. Federal government is generally not your friend and the locals fucked up in this case on many levels.

The X factor as I've predicted is something else big is going to happen. We now have N/S Korea issues again. I've said it in other posts, I think we have a conflict coming at minimum and maybe a major war. Things are bending and I think something is about to break. N. Korea is obviously a proxy of China. I never want to see it, but wouldn't be shocked in the North lobs a nuke somewhere. Even if it misses, it would be game changing.

I think many states are going to try to do some sort of vote-by-mail fraud scheme. And if they are instead required to vote in person they'll complain that it's suppressing the vote (mostly it'll be suppressing the old-people vote, which would presumably be the Trump vote).

As far as Biden's "odd" remarks, I like: "unarmed person coming at 'em with a knife."

Biden's cowering out of sight of public will be all the more odd when/if he chooses a running mate. (Or, more accurately, a large team of campaign consultants chooses a running mate for him.) At that point we'll see the running mate dutifully out on the campaign trail every day ... and still no Biden.

I am not sure if the Biden campaign can run out the clock. They are going to have to put Joe Biden out there.

So we'll see what is thrown at Trump next. Maybe another John Kerry visit to Iran to get the Iranians stirred up and cause them to take military action just before the election.

I imagine any Korean trouble will be, of course, blamed on Trump by the MSM and other DNC marketing apparatuses. But on the whole, Trump at least tried something different, there hasn't been as much nuclear and missile testing, and the combined sum of the last 3 administrations has been no more successful.

You may have that backwards... the clock may run out on Biden.

The more Biden is seen in public, the worse he looks.

The never Trumpers don’t care if he’s demented and might vote for him.

Trump will be negative about Biden just enough to keep some never Trumpers on the couch and not bothering to vote : “Both of them suck! I’m not bothering to vote!”

The evil loser party will try to get fraud by mail voting.

Eat shit losers.

Biden may kick the bucket before election, or he may become so much of a drooling senile vegetable that showing him on TV might be considered as cruelty. Seems that he deteriorates more and more every time I see him speak.

Will they try to weasel out of debates?

Wait till he tries a campaign rally.

This is what worries me. This race baiting bull shit isn't sticking after 3 attempts now in what, 2 weeks? We have a random virus that no one dies from because of the virus itself. Anyone susceptible can die from a cold, flu or bacterial infection tomorrow and not know it's coming, yet a virus killing people knocking at deaths door is a massive, economy shutting down event.

I think there will be war before November somewhere in this world. I'm pretty much convinced of it at this point. Why the fuck would N. Korea blow up a fucking building? It makes no sense.

Yeah, North Korea is just following orders from its ChiCom handlers in Beijing.

Also, China has been on the offensive. They just attack Indian troops in northern India.

So not exactly an act of war. It was on their side, and no one died (I think any way), but yeah but helpful.

On TV, this empty hall looked a lot different.

Good thing is that Biden does not remember any of his own gaffe's.
