I came from a hole country where its legal for state to discriminate talented to reserve a significant quota for religious minorities like Muslims and Christians in colleges and government jobs. Its like lifelong vacation packages. Sounds like I am going to see similar crap here as well.

You are very close except blowing up. Along with Muslims, Christians are expected to be treated as first class citizens as per the constitution in India at the expense of the rest. Let's not go into each religion. The important point is religion is a game of stealing power and resources based on how it positions in front of the state.

Think like Muslim migrants in US slowly ramping up and looking for extra privileges and right at the expense of the rest until reaching the critical 20% mark - everyone knows what happens after that point.

The point, as it seems to have been missed, is that people from other cultures look out for their own first, which I don't have a problem with. What I do have a problem with is the double-standard, which says if a white person tries the same thing, out come the attacks.

Untouchables and Low Castes are converting to Christianity and escaping the Caste System. That makes some butthurt.

Caste is not included in most Human Rights Treaties and such, so Traditional Hindu Bigots can discriminate against them. But if they convert to Christianity and are the victims of discrimination, action CAN be taken against any systemic discrimination because of religious protections.

This is true. Many converted to Islam as well in past centuries to escape the caste system. Sadly, Islam is an extremely violent and intolerant religion, far worse than what they were fleeing. But I understand the motivation.

Brahmins are about 5% in India and part of the state official positive discrimination policy, most (85%) of them are turned into domestic workers by now. During last few decades lower cast (its indecent to talk about cast in most metros), Muslims, Christians have been filling gov jobs with iron clad gov reservation quota system irrespective of talent only to show middle finger to whoever's stopped by for gov services and they are protected by unions unless you pay bribes or use political influence to get job done.
Most gov workers are relatively filthy rich but still their kids get seatd under guaranteed quota and free or highly subsidized tuition under lower cast or religious minorities like Muslim and Christians.
Btw, because of this gov incentivise, number of cases are being created every year for the last few decades.on top of that Muslims never follow Indian constitution who commits 70% of all violent crimes nationally. These are a million times more dangerous thugs than Brahmins.

India is making a bit progress in private sector and particularly unorganized sectors where gov still could not figure out how to suck them yet with taxes, regulations, law and order etc. Once they do, it will slow down too. Example, a typical court case takes about 5 to 30 years! Gov is really the biggest parasite on hardworking people. Indians really need to start freedom fighting.
