No, you still have a hookup, but not the transfer switch. Have PG&E hooked up to your meter, but have it power something low like just the mailbox or porch light. Use your solar and Tesla wall for everything else. If your Tesla Wall runs dry, then manually throw a switch to disconnect the Tesla Wall and throw another manual switch to connect to your meter.
