Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has just announced that the Ohio pharmacy board that had earlier banned the hydroxychloroquine for the prophylactic and treatment of COVID-19 has now reversed its decision:
.@OhioRxBoard has reversed their decision on hydroxychloroquine, and I believe that was the right thing to do. I believe their process in arriving at the decision to ban hydroxychloroquine for treating #COVID19 patients was fundamentally flawed.

I believe they should have had a full hearing on this that sought out additional medical advice. I’m asking @OhioRxBoard and the @Ohiomedboard to thoroughly look at this issue as the science and understanding of #COVID19 and how to treat it continues to evolve.

As Governor, I do not and should not have a position on the use of this drug for treating #COVID19 patients. We should leave this up to doctors and scientists. I expect the medical board and the pharmacy board to examine this issue based on the best science.

DeWine is right, it’s a decision between a doctor and a patient and pharmacy boards should not be fear mongering over the use of a safe drug that has been FDA approved for decades.
Good on DeWine for challenging this decision and stopping this madness.
I have hopes that the state of Ohio will hold Fauci et al accountable. The governor just reversed the decision on HCQ treatments, and gave the go ahead for treatments. Conspiracy to commit murder is a state crime. It only takes one state AG saying he will look into this and suddenly the experts will STFU.
