They don't want parents to see the pedo twerking lessons, the pedo same sex lessons, the pedo tranny lessons, or the general curriculum of progressive indoctrinations, fake history, etc. etc. They also don't want the parents to see the general levels of ignorant and bizarre teachers holding the minds of their children hostage. Another unintended consequence at variance with the progressive psychopathic agenda.

This fits into NoCoup's query: "Imagine if an adult stranger told you what they discuss with your child is secret."

It's like they are making it obvious that they have something to hide.

Many tech savvy parents are going to set up the computer to record those sessions. Not just as "evidence," but so the kid can review the lesson if needed later. There is no way that what goes out over these remote lessons is going to stay secret.

Exactly. Maybe they'll withhold "instruction" from your kid ... in direct violation of legal mandate to educate.

It wasn't so long ago when my kids were in public K-12 in a low-to-middle income part of SJ.

Even though challenging demographics, relatively high performing schools. So many of those kids accepted to elite UC's, Ivies, Stanford, USC.

At all levels, K-12, I had an open invitation from teachers and principals to "observe" instruction in any of my kids' classes any day, any time. I was even encouraged to "show up unannounced". (just have to sign-in in the office for their safety protocols).

I did this all throughout K-6. By middle school though the kids were mortified by the prospect. I think most parents of adolescents would understand. So for middle school and high school, did other on campus volunteering.

My partner and I burned up a huge chunk of vacation time from our jobs one day at a time being fixtures in the K-12.

Never did I sense any hesitation about the role of the Parent Watchdog.

WTF has happened in recent years?

Here's the Good news, the wonderful news, the Calvary is on the way.
Trump is making it a priority to put a stop to the Marxist indoctrinated institutions, that are fed by the Tax payer blue collar, middle class renters, and the "Good School" districts of the Elitist's Children. Suck up all of the State's Education budget with new upgraded state of the art computers, while everyone else gets new metal detectors, and Social Justice upgrades that protect the punks and distrupters, while punishing the good students with good grades over their choice of T-Shirt or self expression or determination.

Trump is killing that, he's going to put the Education dollars in the Student's parents hands. Schools wont need to be so political and wont need the Commie administrative jobs, all of those Chomsky Bitch Tit motherfuckers will be out of a job. Every student in ever State will get the same education vouchers redeemable at any accredited school. Not bound to the public shit hole institutions.

Schools, teachers and faculty will have to bust their ass to attract students, and they will have to perform.

Education has just been ripped out of City budget and the authority over it, has been snatched from some very bad mother fucker's hands.

Fuck Em All! And I'm not leaving my kids with these monsters, I will over hear every word. How else will I know where to spend my Trump Education vouchers, if I don't know how well or poorly they do?
9   Tenpoundbass   2020 Aug 22, 5:43pm

Even Rand Paul is in the act.
Trump has repeatedly called for School vouchers, I like Rand Paul's plan.

Before the pandemic lockdown, I was not keen on the idea. But the Democrats have really shown, public education is far worse than we thought. And kids are better off just staying home. Good charter schools would be a far better alternative, and gut the administration out, make every public school, it's own competitor for Education vouchers.
No context to City hall, the County or the State's political school board.

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2020/08/21/school-act-would-assure-education-money-follows-the-child-not-the-system/

“As families face the reality of hybrid learning or a completely virtual school year, students, especially those with disabilities, need a choice in education and the tools to succeed no matter where they are learning,” the statement said.

The SCHOOL Act would amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) of 1965 and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) to allow particular funds authorized by these laws to follow the child, regardless of the choice of school or learning environment.

According to the press statement, the SCHOOL Act also ensures that each child receives the same amount of money, regardless of the choice of school, and that children who accept the federal education funds may still participate in federally funded school food programs.

The SCHOOL Act also would protect non-public schools from federal and state control.

This is bad.

If I was a parent in this school district you can bet I’d be meeting with the teacher, the principal, and would be come a fixture at the board of education meeting, raising hell.

The fuck these son of a bitches are gonna socially engineer my kid. I don’t think I’d hold back either. Right on the border of criminal threats. Just enough to scare but not go to jail. These “educators” will only respond to fear I think. Fortunately I also think they are big enough pussies that it won’t take much to instill fear.

I imagine it may go something like the last few seconds of this video

Why not private schools also?

The enforceability of this is extremely unlikely.

First, almost every place in the US has laws forbidding anybody from keeping minor children away from their parents.
Almost nowhere in the US (perhaps in totally cucked states like Mass) can Parents be prevented from seeing School records of any kind, inc. Psych/Med/Discipline.
Finally, it's highly unlikely anybody but a Hawaiian Judge would enforce a document that prevents parents of minors in their own house from accessing their children on demand.

This would not only conflict with the absolute right of Parents to attend their minor children, but violate parents rights to freely move in their own residence.

Even if a teen is arrested or questions, parents have additional rights to visitation/demand presence with their kids during questioning

I couldn't believe this quote from that article

“So, this fall, virtual class discussion will have many potential spectators — parents, siblings, etc. — in the same room. We’ll never be quite sure who is overhearing the discourse. What does this do for our equity/inclusion work?” the teacher tweeted. “How much have students depended on the (somewhat) secure barriers of our physical classrooms to encourage vulnerability? How many of us have installed some version of ‘what happens here stays here’ to help this?”

The bit about losing the safe space where the child can confide in them is crap. This teacher is tweeting in code to other leftist teachers, and the safe space lost is the teachers private brainwashing room. They know that if parents can listen, their ability to brainwash is compromised because parents will reject whey they say to the children "rainbow butt sex is wonderful! everyone should try it!"

Funny You Tube video about progressive teacher mourning her students' getting red pilled by Joe Rogan, Ben Shapiro and Jordan Petersen, ruining their 'critical thinking skills', getting filled with 'hatred', and making her feel like a failure.

Not sure how it's working out nationwide or anyone here, but my boys got Chromebooks from the school for remote learning durning the morning hours. Won't my network password be stored on the computers unencrypted? If so, is my school backing up that data and who has access to it?

We have our own devices, so we could just not use them, but everything they need is on it and it's locked from doing shit kids shouldn't be doing. And it has only the programs they need to use. So kind of convenient. Not sure 100% though if I'm cool with one of the largest forms of government having potential access to my network. Kind of creeps me out.

Not freaked out about financial shit as I only use credit online and can dispute any charge and have always had a 100% success rate. All computers also have their own individual passwords as well that are completely different, along with my standalone hard drives having different passwords. I have this eerie feeling though that this is an unintentional (or intentional) trojan horse to gain access to Americans networks under the guise of education. That might be tin foil hat shit, but there's something about this that I don't like. Any validity to these thoughts, or just far fetched?

Put them on guest network, separated from the rest of your shit.

I did that as well. Forgot to mention it. I'm secure as can be, but I guess what I was getting at is most people don't think of this shit if they're just using computers for FB, internet and basic work stuff. I'd guess 70% of Americans have zero clue how to access their modem and do any kind of port forwarding let alone caring about this shit being connect to their internet. Seems like there's potential at minimum for low level abuse for people with default settings from even the district IT guy.

The conspiracy is thinking they don't already have access.

That is straight up pedophile stuff. And schools, at least those are ok with it. Because liberal parents would rather let their kids be fucked than offend a pedophile homo.

"Equity" is one of those words you need to watch out for when it's not used in the context of financials. It means "equality of outcome", as opposed to "equality of opportunity". History shows that the only way to achieve that is by dragging down the achievers to the level of the under-achievers. Work camps and genocide soon follow.
21   Patrick   2020 Aug 23, 5:44pm

Absolutely. Always call out people to spell out exactly what they mean by "equality".

A lot of liberal ran corps now do that equality, equity, diversity trio bullshit.

Had to show one chap this video to get him to shut up about the 3 pillars of evil.
