Worse. Home projects, heat, smoke, social insanity, lockdowns, gyms closed, beaches sometimes closed, Karens, long, unkempt hair, general public mad, all make for more sedentary times. People walk in droves when it cools and the toxic smoke is somewhat less in my neighborhoods. Nobody objects when kids are outside making noise and going nuts now because they need it.

This has also been a period of things breaking down relentlessly, home, cars, objects in homes. The Age of Curses can wear you out. Programmed political tortures combined with Nature's tortures combined with serendipity stacked crap going wrong.

Was doing well at a short workout 4x per day until the smoke started. Now that the air has cleared here for now I'm going to get back into it.
