The left will literally bomb the senate before they allow that to happen. Don’t want to get Patrick in trouble but I expect violence at this point.
BUT, until late January, he's still Prez. And until early January, the current Senate will resume business after the election.
So if Trump does lose the election, he should still nominate an utlra conservative replacement for RGB and the Senate should confirm that person.
That would be an awesome poison pill!
