Researchers once feared that school reopenings might spread the virus through communities. But so far there is little evidence that it’s happening.

Months into the school year, school reopenings across the United States remain a patchwork of plans: in-person, remote and hybrid; masked and not; socially distanced and not. But amid this jumble, one clear pattern is emerging.

So far, schools do not seem to be stoking community transmission of the coronavirus, according to data emerging from random testing in the United States and Britain. Elementary schools especially seem to seed remarkably few infections.
...
“The more and more data that I see, the more comfortable I am that children are not, in fact, driving transmission, especially in school settings,” said Brooke Nichols, an infectious disease modeler at the Boston University School of Public Health.

Children's immune systems chewing up the virus are an important avenue of herd immunity. Any deranged health official with modicum of education in epidemiology would know that.

The 'closing schools' canard is another clear earmark that the purpose of the policies is to perpetuate the course of the viral entity with its attendant political Blue Pill tyranny, not resolve it.

The elites are so out of touch with the "essential workers" that their "lockdown and wear your mask!" is the modern day equivalent of Marie Antoinette's apocryphal , "Let them eat cake."

"But if I can pen my monthly opinion page in NYT while sitting at home I don't see why you can't earn your living under lockdown! C'mon man!"

A vast majority of eternal lockdown proponents are the masses of frail aged boomers who sit in their mansions with yuge backyards far away from daily downtown diversity duels and lecture the youth on tolerance and social distancing. Or to say it with dark humor Covid is a curse and a blessing at the same time. It will sort itself out eventually.

lol not too far from the truth, actually. Boomers have been drinking the youths live blood, taking all the money out of the system and leaving the country in-debt. Maybe they raised the dumb sjw millenials who can't hold a job woke on purpose so the ineptitude of their breed will detract from their crimes.
