In person voting only, with poll watchers, no such thing as a uncertified poll watcher. A registered voter, that votes can request to stick around to keep a watch.
Only people authorized to handle ballots at the stage they are handling them, would be allowed to even touch blank or filled out ballots.

Anyone caught transporting ballots in an unofficial capacity after the close of the polls, are to be lined up against wall and shot dead immediately.

They rig the election 20 ways to Sunday. They don't do just thing, that's why they always get away with it. You look for dead voters, you'll find a few hundred, you look for double voters you'll only find 1,000, you look for Illegal Aliens you'll only find a couple here and there. You recount, the Democrat have several hundred in every district, that they didn't run through the scanner. That's so in the event there is a recount, they will laugh at everyone as they pick up more votes. Not have them taken way.

They steal the election by illegally processing votes for people who didn't vote, or robbing votes from people who voted for someone else.
Without asking everyone who voted, who they voted for and reconciling that. No recount will over turn this.

Recounts won't catch the millions of harvested ballots, and millions of coerced and paid ballots.

Agreed, federal ballots only (whether mail-in or in person), stringent ID requirements. No pens or any other tools not needed for counting allowed, full transparency with live streams on the counting.

There are no such thing as 'federal' ballots.

As nobody has the right to vote for POTUS but Electors in the Electoral College and nobody has the right to vote on Electors except the legislatures of the States or who THEY farm that role out to, the federal government is even further constrained as far as election for POTUS is concerned. They have more pull with regards to the elections of Reps and Senators, tho.

Voting Rights Act is mostly an implementation of enforcing the Equal Protection Clause and right to vote in the 14th amendment, not the Elections Clause (which covers my point about Reps & Senators).

Doesn't matter whether there are federal ballots or nor or whether there will be a recount or not. For the future the voting system needs to be changed with uniform federal, traceable (they can still be anonymous) ballots. If there aren't any, they need to be created for the next big election. The current system is resembling the one of a banana republic. Sure states will still vote and eventually send off electors, but you can't have each state print their own ballots and have their own election process since this is a FEDERAL election, at least for the president. what they do with their state legislature can be up to them.

Uh, yes they can. Unless you are proposing two ballots: One for state local offices and one for the federal ones (Senate and Rep). But the constitution is quite clear: They print the ballots as that is part of the State's mandate to actually conduct the elections. I suppose Congress can mandate they have an approved firm print them for the federal stuff that stat...

Yeah it would have to be something like this, separate ballots. I mean this was clearly planned in broad daylight so I still think it would have been better to postpone the election if possible by presidential powers. Trump wis being accused of a coup either way by leftoids. But it's harder and moreover way more tedious to prove fraud than to have a fair and monitored election in the first place.

Judge Carlile got a bonner at the thought of a recount. The Democrats always pick up more votes that didn't get tallied, than Votes that get thrown out.
