What? Planning on committing suicide by ingesting MSG?
If you really want to stock up on food, buy a bunch of TVP (textured vegetable protein) from Amazon, beans, rice, and some canned vegetables.
TVP has the TEXTURE of meat, and can be used as a substitute. You can reconstitute it by just adding water and boiling it. It may be far too salty (often is - because it's usually used as a filler to be mixed in with meat).
Also get some vitamins and some sort of water filter for camping and some way to cook food or boil water without electricity.
There, you can easily survive a month. Might want some bullets and ammo as well.
Shifting $2.36 of your investment portfolio to food stores? Most bearish move I've seen, like ever. Makes Y2K preppers look like kids in a blanket fort.

While the rest of your advice is sound, MSG is not harmful to the human body. Too many myths and half truths around it.

I don't know if it's harmful, but it's certainly detectable. I have a Chinese friend that told me he doesn't believe that MSG has any effect of anybody. I told him my mother, if she eats it, will immediately get sick and have to evacuate her bowels within 20 minutes of ingesting it. He thought this was crazy, so I pointed out to him, there's no such thing as lactose intolerance.

Yeah there are always people with intolerances and allergies and they should of course avoid, but it's not toxic or generally harmful in any way if not over-ingested. Overall our food is not so bad these days (remember margarine?), the main problem for is that we eat too much (esp. for our mostly sedentary lifestyles) and exercise too little.

Yeah, maybe some people have a problem with it. Maybe it's psychosomatic. Maybe it's a real allergy but it's not the type of molecule that typically induces allergies.
I just bought 2 bottles of it for my next round of Chinese pork roast. I still have half of what I posted last month in the freezer. Just takes a pinch in the fried rice I'll be making with it.

What about Fish Sauce or Worcestershire sauce, both are a big source of natural MSG?

Are you talking about actual pigs and hogs or taking out the SJWs?
I am not discriminating there, but luckily in our state rioting is somewhat unlikely.
Already taken care of.

They wipe more than their bums. They use it up wiping makeup and crap off their faces, too. It's hard to say which end uses more.

The fear mongering over it was utter BS though.

Freaked me out a bit the first time too.
