I can understand that people are clamoring for 'the proof'. However, it's like these blogs, where naysayer manipulator asks for proof and when presented, merely denies its validity or existence.

I'm happy to explain things as I see them to a sincere individual, but i am certainly not going to run around doing research for a denialist asshoe who has no intention of observing proofs of any kind, but would like to spin my wheel's sending me on endless fool's errands.

There is more than circumstantial 'proof' going back years, even being exposed by the same lame MSM from the days when they had a shred of integrity but who are now denying their own previous exposes.

Also, the only proof that matters is the proof that is upheld by a court, not the court of public opinion. It's fine to present a reasonable statement of existence of proof, but a waste of time trying to air it conclusively where it doesn't matter so much i.e. the court of public opinion.

Right now, things are in the realm of perception. if I were 'guilty', I sure would not be doing anything that would draw increased scrutiny in the light of day, even by a longshot.

Tucker has a right to ask for whatever proof he thinks he should have, but he is still in the realm of the court of public opinion. Maybe he wants the airtight scoop instead of ostensible spin.

Right. Now it's possible Tucker is just trying to get the full facts, but given what we've seen of Fox lately, I'm more hesitant to give the benefit of the doubt than I normally would.

Tucker has to know that no lawyer is going to put forward every last scrap in the media before cases are get to court, and she did provide him with some additional evidence plus a witness who would explain the results of the election as being mathematically highly improbable.

That he or his staff was dismissive/aggressive is exactly the kind of DEBOONKED! Cdon2 style skeptical hostility.

Agreed if you have important evidence going to court you don't show that to a media outlet beforehand so they can shit all over it.

The Fact that the hate mob that showed up to Tucker's house was never persued through law enforcement, local, state or federal, nor had any lawsuits been filed.
It leads me to believe that Tucker manufactured, orchestrated and ordered the BLM hate mob to show up outside his house for ratings.

There would have been hell to pay, had they showed up at my house. Also look at all of the RINO Trump back stabbing GOP scumbags, that the Antifa and BLM targeted instead of people like Jim Jordan, Matt Gaetz and other real Republicans standing up to the corrupt system. The Turtle and Lindsey Graham also ordered up a mob to his door, as did all of those Mayors who gave BLM and ANTIFA full room to riot and inflict damage and even told the Cops to stand down. It makes no sense, that they would riot outisde their houses.
But to put those nobody Liberal city Mayors on the National map. That couple defending their home, interfered with the Mayor of St Louis and stole the thunder from her. That was their biggest crime. Those dial a Riots cost money!

Proof is a word not used in legal cases.
There is evidence which is used to prove the case.
Affidavits are evidence, and Tucker knows that he can read several of them.
Rudy even held them up in the press conference.
The entire evidence is presented in court first, not to guys like Tucker.
I don’t care what anyone on TV says, except maybe Lou Dobbs.

The whole issue of frenemies (kissing and holding hands behind the scenes) and controlled opposition (making you believe there is a choice when there isn't) as just another psyops could be real with Tucker. If he actively worked to undermine Trump's case by attempting to extort it and publish it, then, yeah, fuck him.

Please recall that Fox did propaganda for the Iraq war for more than 1/2 a decade. I very seriously doubt anybody on the television, who makes millions of dollars per year, is reporting the truth. That's why they are so highly paid, you believe SOME of them aren't propagandists. They all are.

There's only a tiny minority of people that are called journalists are ACTUALLY journalists and you can't even be certain of those. Glenn Greenwald comes to mind, John Pilger? I don't even necessarily trust them.

I do not trust Matt Taibbi, but I will listen to him. At least he's not an outright liar is appears, but he works for establishment press - that means an editor controls what he says. Taibbi is would argue is false opposition. You always have to be skeptical of whomever you listen to anyhow.

He already explained and said he is looking forward to seeing evidence. That’s closest to “oops we fucked up” you’ll get.

I think Tucker is all right, just slight misunderstanding.
