It is a necessary step to save the Republic. Otherwise, you better start learning Mandarin, and get ready for the real 'SQUASH'. Covid terrorism is just a preview.

One state out of 50 has balls. America definitely has a low T problem.

Weird. In the Pennsylvania case that was shelved by SCOTUS in lieu of the Texas case, Penn made a most bizarre argument that even if the election were fraudulent, criminal, and unconstitutional, that SCOTUS should not intervene because of some imaginary threat to State's rights, voter rights and citizen freedoms. They were basically arguing that SCOTUS should suborn election crime in deference to a straw man legal bogey, without embarrassment it seems.

These politicians are so bedazzled by their own corruption, some CCP hacks have actually seduced them into believing that they have autocratic super powers (or will once the coup is established)? Stranger than ultrafiction.

"Oh, sirs and xirs of SCOTUS, don't you recognize our supreme and unilateral authority as new Commissars of the CCP?"

Yes, which is why we need term limits. Long term politicians, like Pelosi, actually believe they are the country an any opposition to them is treason. The Pelosi types believe they need not follow their own laws, and expect the peasants to believe politician's lies, and the politicians have a right to receive graft for themselves and relatives.

Hmm, MSM pollution. The Penn case only had the injunction part refused, the rest is still in play, or they might try to join the Texas group. So, the claims as usual of the case completely burning was wrong from the propaganda mill.

Ted Cruz had an interview which showed he had an intricate appreciation of the legal subtleties, and he is a high honors graduate of Harvard Law. I think he also helped brainstorm this Texas case, so it might be on solid ground.

A group of renegade, fraudulent states engaging in unconstitutional fiat with a high enough count of electoral votes pollute the entire election for everybody? It's true if not legal.
I heard a commentator say that they have never considered that there should be a minimum legal standard of election performance from all states, or equal protection is violated?

Yeah, who knows?

I also don't get where Texas (and now other states joining the suit like Louisana) has any standing. I mean, their state legislaturess rights & privileges under the Electors Clause were not infringed by what went down in PA.

If the president is elected because of the fraudulent actions of one state it effects all states.

Ted Cruz has already argued in front of SCOTUS - and Won. Liberals are starting to worry - hence, the vitriolic, wild-eyed responses of the criminally insane leftists. They thought they could steal the election, and we would just lie down and go away. Back to business as usual: placating Iran, Korea, and the CCP on the Global stage, making America second to all, Pursuing misguided climate policies, and in all likelihood getting us into another war to keep "War INC." in Business. Fuck all that.

I hope we can bring this to a halt, set things straight, and get Dominion out before the next election. But time is short. I worry.

Sorry. But that just isn't how the world works. That isn't even common sense. There is no right for a state to bitch about the outcome of something another state does in exercising its sovereign rights. Esp when the exercise thereof is guaranteed no matter how other state's merely disapprove. Esp when no harm came to the exercise of the same rights & privileges

Yeah, I'm just a conspiracy theorist. If Trump doesn't come out with the real evidence soon it's just political theatre and Trump was just a hired actor.

We're, me and many, are just hoping against hope Trump really is about to pull some rabbits out and the whole corrupt pyramid of deep state power is about to implode.

The last year has really shown that it's not a game. I went to ocean beach in SF this morning with my wife and dog for a little break. Over the bay bridge and into the city we worked our way down Geary past many boarded up storefronts. Everyone on the street wore masks, everyone! There seemed to be plenty of parking in front of all the closed businesses. These streets are normally vibrant with shoppers and diners and you might have to drive around the block a couple times to find parking. Ghost town.

Really not looking forward to the new normal being permanent.

I would bet that Hunter and his sibs were molested by Joe as children, and that they got used to sex with each other. I would also bet that Obama was molested as a child.
When Hunter's laptop was available, one shot showed him on top of what looked like a young Asian male, so he swings both ways.

Sexual molestation in childhood creates dissociative personalities and Stockholm syndrome aka the victims have fluid multiple roles that they can enact based on circumstances. The trauma causes them to develop the dissociative personality as a survival mechanism. They try to be whatever the people around them want them to be. That's very handy in politics and in generating a Manchurian like Obama, and it is why child molestation tends to be prized by Globalists. It creates malleable figures who can also be blackmailed. They adapt very well to fictitious legend generated for them for publicity purposes.

Besides, those aren't Obama's daughters, they are stage props. Who knows what Obama and Michelle were up to with them to give up the 'daughters' to a sleaze like Hunter.

Wikipedia: Texas Solicitor General
Appointed to the office of Solicitor General of Texas by Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott,[41][48] Cruz served in that position from 2003 to 2008.[26][39] The office was established in 1999 to handle appeals involving the state, but Abbott hired Cruz with the idea that Cruz would take a "leadership role in the United States in articulating a vision of strict constructionism". As Solicitor General, Cruz argued before the Supreme Court of the United States nine times, winning five cases and losing four.[44]
