An internet service provider (ISP) in the North Idaho and the Spokane, Washington, area has decided to block Facebook and Twitter for its customers after some called in to complain about censorship on the platforms.

The ISP, Your T1 WIFI, confirmed that it will block Facebook and Twitter from its WIFI service for some customers starting this Wednesday, according to a report by KREM 2.

The move comes after Twitter permanently banned President Donald Trump from its platform, and Facebook locked the president out of his account “indefinitely.”

“It has come to our attention that Twitter and Facebook are engaged in censorship of our customers and information,” reads an email to Your T1 WIFI customers.

The ISP added that it has been receiving calls from customers about Facebook and Twitter. ...

The ISP explained that because there are too many customers asking for the sites to be blocked, it will be blocking Facebook and Twitter for all customers unless they reach out to the company to request access.

“There are too many people that have called for us to do one [customer] at a time so we will be blocking [Facebook and Twitter] and any other website that may also be censoring,” the email reads.

The company says that two-thirds of its customers asked for the sites to be blocked.

This isn't the way to handle it.

Once censorship is accepted, in any form, it will be a valid business strategy.

They the dummies and dopes use big tech if they like.

Do you remember what the Internet was like back in the mid 1990s? That's SORT of like what alt-tech is like now. More interesting people, more ADULT people, a lot less screaming kids, more interesting ideas. I'm really glad that Big tech has made room for alternatives.

Well taking it up the ASS is't the way to handle it either. I think everyone and everything should ban them .Give them a taste of their own medicine, make it such a scary concept for any company to ever want to try Social Justice censorship again.

Enough people start doing this, you'll see every corporation start purging Woketards, if the investors have to fire the Executives to make it happen.

If the Social media can't reach internet subscribers, they are useless.

Let us all request that our ISP's block Facebook and Twitter!

At least the requests will spread the idea if nothing else.

I don't understand, are these malware sites that have taken control of people's browsers? I block twitter and FB everyday by not visiting them, and even better, disabling their javascript code that runs on many, many sites I do visit.

If the ISP isn't blocking the javascript, what's the point?
