In addition, Mr. Kurson is a certified foster parent, a successful business owner, and is passionate about various charitable causes. Mr. Kurson is an upstanding citizen and father to five beautiful children.

In other words, he may have logged into his wife's gmail account or something once or twice. The FBI came to do a background check, maybe she off-hand complained about it, and then they charged him with cyberstalking even though She didn't press any charges and BECAUSE he was a nominee of the Trump Admin.

Seriously, the FBI needs to be disbanded and all their agents scattered to the winds very widely in other departments.
