It is not symbolic bullshit. Biden is going to militarize the EPA to strictly enforce greenhouse emissions. He can do this under some bullshit law that was previously passed. Yes, this will force manufacturing out of this country and have a huge impact on the oil and gas industry here in the US. Under Trump we went to exporting energy. Biden will make sure we import our energy, and export our manufacturing.

Since when has laws or the Constitution mattered to Democrats? They are going to somehow enforce the agreement anyway. China wishes us to do this, and that is all that matters.
