The investigation is said to be in its early stages; it is focusing on Cuomo's coronavirus task force, the Times-Union in Albany reported
A Cuomo spokesman said the 'DOJ has been looking into this for months...we have been cooperating'
Officials are said to be looking into the governor's task force whose members include attorney Linda Lacewell, state health Commissioner Howard Zucker and Secretary to the Governor Melissa DeRosa
It was DeRosa who is said to have admitted the administration withheld data on the nursing home deaths from state lawmakers, fearing an official investigation from the federal government
It is not known if any of Cuomo's team have been interviewed; subpoenas have been issued, ABC reports
But Cuomo had said this week: 'I don't think there's anything to clear here. … There is nothing to investigate'

Yup. It will take the FBI a bit to gather all the evidence to either destroy or archive for blackmail, intimidate and threaten witnesses, and make false public statements, upon which the DOJ will quash for lack thereof.

That said, who wants government to come in and "save" you from a virus anyway? I mean 15 days to stop the spread? Don't wear masks? Masks aren't effective, but start wearing them? Shut down the economy, schools and life to mainly save 80+ year old people? 10 months to stop the spread? Two masks are now better than the one we said didn't work? Take a "vaccine" that still allows you to get and transmit this super deadly virus?
