The nations highest court is considering on Friday whether alleged voter fraud cases in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Michigan can move forward.

The United States Supreme Court is reviewing several cases during a conference and will decide whether they will hear oral arguments. Multiple cases surrounding the November 2020 presidential election are slated to be discussed today and whether they will allow those cases to proceed forward, including attorneys Lin Wood and Sidney Powell’s cases, as previously reported by The Freedom Times.

According to a case listing, some of the lawsuits to be considered on Friday include Sidney Powell’s Michigan case (20–815), Trump campaign’s Pennsylvania lawsuit (20-845) and Wisconsin lawsuit (20–882), the Pennsylvania lawsuit brought by Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA) (20–810), Lin Wood’s Georgia case (20–799), and AZ GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward’s Arizona case (20-809).

The Supreme Court said on Friday that they will “release an order list at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, February 22″, and “The Court may announce opinions on Thursday, February 25. The Court will not take the bench. Opinions will be posted on the homepage beginning at 10 a.m.”

Ahead of the Supreme Court’s decision over whether they will allow the cases to move forward, attorney Sidney Powell issued a statement on Telegram Friday evening.

“For all interested in the status of cases set for conference today at SCOTUS, today was just a meeting for the Justices to discuss issues and cases. We expect any orders to come out Monday and any opinions that might be ready to be announced on Thursday. Thank you for watching these issues,” Powell wrote, attaching her website defendingtherepublic.org.

Won't happen. This is just "look at us! We're not an entirely corrupt federal government!"

This is just the bastards trying to regain credibility. Where's the Durham report? Why didn't anybody go to jail over the Russian Collusion hoax? I've seen Mueller, Brennan, and Comey ALL lie to congress - why aren't there any charges for them? Why is Judge Sullivan still on the bench after he attempted to prosecute Flynn despite the DOJ dropping the case? Why isn't anybody in the FBI in jail for falsifying evidence in the Flynn case?

Nothing is going to happen.

I think the real reason there are 25,000 National Guard troops and razor wire surrounding the capital is that eventually, a majority of Americans are going to realize just how fucking corrupt our government really is and how we can't change our government in any way whatsoever with voting.

Just a bellwether of SCOTUS corruption, because it doesn't take years of litigation and tens of millions of dollars to figure out black line law. There are no fudgies or subtleties here. If they refuse to hear it, they should all be hung, and if they delay it, they should have their fingernails pulled out until they do their job.

Even IF SCOTUS rules that some elections are stolen, the press will hardly mention it and when it does come up, they will spin it as all BS from Trump's appointments on that court.

That sounds about right.

It also seems as though Biden is trying to ruin the country as fast as he can.

A judge on Friday ruled that Maricopa County must provide some 2.1 million ballots from the Nov. 3 election to the Arizona state Senate and allow access to its election equipment to conduct an audit.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason ruled that subpoenas issued by Arizona’s state Senate are valid and should be enforced, and he disputed arguments from Maricopa County officials saying the subpoenas are unlawful. The county previously stated that multiple audits have been sufficient and said ballots should be sealed.

“The Court finds that the subpoenas are legal and enforceable,” Thomason wrote (pdf) in his ruling. “There is no question that the Senators have the power to issue legislative subpoenas. The subpoenas comply with the statutory requirements for legislative subpoenas. The Senate also has broad constitutional power to oversee elections.”
