Let's all do our Part, no Coke a Cola product, or any of their subsidiaries. Being White is all about drinking Coke a Cola after all.

So Piss Off COKE!!!!

My Kids love Water, we bought 2, 2 Liter Coke's today, because they want to do the Memento's experiment.
I think I'll make a Fuck Coke video out of it, when we Do. It will be the last Coke products I ever buy in my life time.

@just_passing_through We would enjoy photos of any interesting content in that training.

I took a snapshot of the calendar invite but I hesitate to share it. I'm typing with one hand right now too after slicing my finger. Just shared with family so far but I might show the outline..

I'm not fucking doing it that's for sure. I just didn't accept the invite and trashed it. We'll see where it goes.

btw, that's all I have but the titles are shit.

Thanks Automan Empire for your thoughtful response. Getting late now, but I'll try to find some time to digest, research, and respond to your information.

You can drink Dr Pepper for the rare soda cravings, tastes better and is owned by a German billionaire family ;)

?? Germans own it? I though Dr Pepper was owned by an Massachusetts based coffee maker. Same company makes Sundrop, which is quite good if you can find the real sugar version that only comes in glass bottles. If you like Dr Pepper, you can substitute that flavor by combining seltzer water and prune juice. Next time you take a swig of Dr Pepper, see if it doesn't taste like carbonated prune juice.

The "Be less white" piece was not Coca-Cola's company curriculum, nor is there any evidence that this was the corporation's intent. It appears to me that their curriculum linked to some "diversity training" suite of material on Linkedin, which included the offensive "Be less white" article.

https://www.newsweek.com/coca-cola-facing-backlash-says-less-white-learning-plan-was-about-workplace-inclusion-1570875

Coca-Cola, facing mounting backlash from conservatives online, has responded to allegations of anti-white rhetoric after an internal whistleblower leaked screenshots of diversity training materials that encourages staff to "try to be less white."

On Friday, Karlyn Borysenko, an activist who supports banning critical race theory, shared images from an internal whistleblower of the company's online racism training. The slides included tips to learners on how to be "less white, less arrogant, less certain, less defensive, less ignorant and more humble."

Sure sounds like Coke's internal training was explicitly and deeply racist against white people, just because they were born white.

@patrick I decided to just type it in out of order rather than share the screen shot. These are 2 months worth of trainings:

1. Intersectionality & Empathy
2. Diversity and Identity
3. Individual Racism
4. Systemic Racism and Power
5. Cultural Racism
6. White Fragility and Dominance
7. Reflections and Next Steps
8. Implicit Bias

If you like Dr Pepper, you can substitute that flavor by

1. Fill a pint glass half full of beer.
2. Pour amaretto into a standard shot glass. Carefully pour 151 proof rum on top of the amaretto so that it floats.
3. Carefully light the shot on fire by touching with open flame. Drop the lit shot into the half full glass of beer and slam.

The best part about transferring from liberal arts to engineering as an undergrad was that engineers can and do prove each other wrong all the time. When you're wrong, it's over.

You'd LIKE to think this, wouldn't you? Haven't you ever worked with an engineer that refuses to admit error? I have a friend who claims he's seen companies fail due to an engineer's inflexibility in admitting a mistake, and I believe him! Some engineers are just intransigent. I have to be careful at times to listen to objective criticism and accept when I've made an error. Part of the problem is two or more engineers won't know how to exactly solve the problem, and everybody is wrong. Been in that position more than a few times.

In my experience, "3rd time is a charm" is true. Design it once, you have crap. Design it again, and you have a nearly perfect solution. 3rd time, you have a perfect solution. You have hit every mistake already, you found a few more the 2nd time around, and by 3 you've hit ever ditch and pothole and avoid them all.

Just making my own soda anyway, still using that old SODA machine from days when patrick.net members invested into that company's stock. I'm not using their flavorings though, just the soda making machine I bought a long time ago. Makes better carbonated water on demand, and much easier than buying cans.

That article is a different rehash of the same flawed source material, plus a youtube of a woman spending 11 minutes emoting about the same screenshot in this thread, and a Linkedin webpage that's 404 now. This isn't proof that Coca Cola planned this as accused, its porno for people already convinced of this outcome just wanting to fap to it.

As I said above, I'm against diversity training but think this bizarre Right Wing Cancel Culture witch hunt makes a fatal tactical error by attacking Coca-Cola as if the "be less white" shit was THEIR plan and intent. The evidence I see is that an outside race hustling consultant used a "diversity training" gig with Coca Cola to trojan horse her radical ideas by linking them through the more palatable training Coca Cola thought they were purchasing when they retained her.

We agree that we hate intersectional politics and race baiting. What are the ethics of being "right for the wrong reasons" though? For the same effort on our part, we could ally with the marketing power and influence of Coca Cola and hit these diversity training consultants REALLY HARD in a way that promises to stop them cold where they've been immune to criticism till now. Losing this opportunity, and tacitly allowing the damage to follow when the race hustlers get away from this round scot-free, are some of the real costs of being wrong about this.

This is the normal operating procedure as far as I can tell, with strong assistance from race hustlers on the inside, usually HR women.

The corporations know what they are getting and don't object out of abject fear of the leftist mob.

Do you really think that Coke is going to shitcan a bunch leftist harpies in their HR department?

Do you think they will sue not only to get their money back but for reputational damages from the WOKE people who put together this training?

No, they bent the knee.

Until corporations start fighting back we need to put as much pressure on them as possible.

I have a friend with the last name White who lives in Seattle. I told him he should put "Whites Only" in his driveway for kicks. No way he'll do it, but I had to say it now.

Coca-Cola pauses aggressive diversity plan after chief lawyer resigns

Coca-Cola has paused its controversial diversity plan — that included penalties on outside law firms if they failed to meet racial diversity quotas — after intense backlash.

The pause comes after the orchestrator of the plan, Coke’s former general counsel Bradley Gayton, abruptly resigned last month after less than a year on the job and as criticism of the quotas mounted.

Some questioned whether Gayton’s policies violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which says employers can’t treat people differently based on their race.

Scott Leith, a spokesman for Coke, said Gayton’s replacement, Monica Howard Douglas, is now reviewing the plan.

“When there is a leadership change, it takes time for the new leader to review the current status of the team, organization and initiatives,” he said. “Monica is fully committed to the notions of equity and diversity in the legal profession, and we fully expect she will take the time necessary to thoughtfully review any plans going forward.”

In January, Gayton made headlines when he unveiled his plans to penalize outside law firms that failed to meet new diversity quotas by slashing their fees or cutting ties with them altogether.

Under the plan, any law firm seeking to do business with the company was required to commit that at least 30 percent of billed time would be from “diverse attorneys,” and at least half of that time would be from black attorneys.

I would say that it happened after sales were seriously effected and they fired their chief lawyer...

Coke wants you to be less White because Soda consumption in general is down 20% in the past 20 years - and most of that drop is due to Whites. Poor Minorities consume Soda at the same rate they did a generation ago.

Ah, so they are the ones that bought Peets out from under me!

I went to Peets for many years for my daily espresso, and finally bought the stock one day even though I thought it was overvalued with a p/e of 30-something if I remember right.

One week later, the company was sold to this Reimann family (now I know their name).

Schwab told me that I no longer owned the shares I bought, but it was all OK because I made $7,000 for owning the shares for a week.
