My own opinion is that this is true - on the paternal line.

Indo-European men with the R1a and R1b Y chromosomes went out from somewhere north of Iran and conquered vast territories, having children with the local women all along the way, so that today the R1* chromosomes are the most common all the way from Iceland to Bangladesh.

The reason the people look different is that the men took the local women.

Perfectly understandable.
Threads I have started have clear title for easy to "ignore".
I care deeply about "survival of Sikhs" and present their viewpoint. Hindooos with help of their government have made it almost impossible to use any other platform for Sikhs.
