2.125 million sigs collected to Recall Newsom; Now Need Money To Fight Democrats Rigging It

2.125 million signatures collected! Now they need donations to fight in court the Big Steal.

https://outline.com/jG4Hfk

https://www.efundraisingconnections.com/c/RecallNewsom

WARNING Contributing to this might have some nasty effects if the Left ever finds out your name/address/employer from this. Some group created a map program app that showed where Trump donors lived, for example. In fact, I believe I found out about that from a post right here on PatNet when that happened.

Then there may be State harassment like tax audits, etc.

Not going to say that this will happen...but it could.

In fact the legal boilerplate on here clearly states what they will have access to:

State law requires political committees to report the name, street address, occupation and employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate to $100 or more

Yep, beautiful beaches, an open economy and beautiful weather. All we need is getting rid of Newscum :)

Virginia has hundreds of miles of coastlines from Eastern Shore, Northern Neck, and Pungo part of VA Beach, as well as excellent 3 season weather and a mostly open economy. And we do not have Newsome. But, we do have Gov Blackface.

What about fat-fuck Prickstzker

I dislike Pritzker. That said, my taxes haven't been raised at all and we're not a mask Nazi state as all counties have basically said fuck off outside of Cook. We're not enforcing anything outside of Chicago.

I'm not saying IL is perfect by any stretch. We've never been mandated to wear masks outside though. That's insanely extreme. 2 months ago or so Patrick and I emailed about potentially meeting up for a coffee or a beer near Tahoe. Given the climate I've heard there and other places in CA, it's not worth the $$$ if it's going to be Karen land and not California if that makes sense. Our summer trip is likely to be the Carolinas. Not sure where yet. Maybe Georgia on a lake or something.

I have no issue with CA as a physical location and its weather. I've enjoyed myself there. The places I've been during covid give zero shits about...

Yeah if you're looking to travel anywhere nice from IL you can find plenty of places closer and cheaper than CA. That's for sure. Still I'd say it's mainly the Mediterranean climate that keeps prices high, and all the corruption prop 13 zoning etc of course. But it's hard to beat a mostly dry nice tempered heat, close to zero mosquitos or bees/wasps, and mild winters. That is if you're outside of SF of course or an other fog central town though apparently there are people who like the relatively cool climate of SF, half moon bay etc.

https://blog.electkevinkiley.com/newsoms-sham-reopening/

Headlines say Gavin Newsom is “fully opening” California on June 15. What they should say is he’s continuing a catastrophic policy for at least another two months.

Newson’s bizarre announcement – the economy might open, schools won’t have to, and masks are here to stay – is as unlawful as it is incoherent. The Governor is legally required to end the State of Emergency “at the earliest possible date that conditions warrant.” There is no authority for a months-long political timetable.

Newsom recently said “we’re all geniuses in hindsight.” Yet the most ignorant errors continue at this very moment. He claims he “saved lives” with the nation’s worst lockdowns, yet our excess mortality rate is higher than 45 states. And we’re still last in the country at returning kids to school.

Unfortunately, California has a sham Legislature that still has not moved on my resolution to end all restrictions immediately or my amendment to open all schools five days per week. The good news is our Court of Appeals hearing in the lawsuit against Newsom is in less than two weeks.

I’m currently drafting another bill that should receive a hearing by the end of the month. As Vice Chair of the Assembly Privacy Committee, I’ll be introducing legislation to stop the madness of vaccine passports before it starts.

I'm in California and I'd be delighted of Caitlyn Jenner runs - not because I think Jenner is competent, sane, or in any conceivable way respectable, but because Newsom is complete garbage.

I'd vote for a Caligula's horse's turd over Newsom. We are truly at the point where literally anything can't be worse. Caitlyn may not be an improvement, but after a point, you have to just enjoy being in clown-world.

I'd enjoy seeing a bunch of brains short-circuit and it would be fun to see a bunch of people on the right, ironically, call people who refuse to vote for Jenner transphobes and bigots, because they will, knowing they are being ironic and hypocritical.

Supreme Court Blocks California’s Restrictions on In-home Religious Gatherings

The Supreme Court late Friday ruled against California, blocking the restrictions ban on in-home Bible studies and other religious gatherings.

The court’s narrow 5–4 ruling was in favor of a group of Santa Clara residents who asserted the restrictions violated the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution.

Thanks @Patrick

Some even believe that the motive for wokism, mask and vaccines and even climate alarms is just to get the sheeple to abandon their own ability to reason, and their own well established foundations of objective truth.

“To the rub: In all this wokeness-propaganda, you know, it’s not really about believing men can be women or that women can be men. It’s not about truly believing that homosexuality is normal. It’s not about believing that abortion is really a form of healthcare.

I promise you, it’s not.

It is EVERYTHING about getting you to cave on what you believe objective truth to be. It is about getting you to set aside your ability to reason and use common-sense, and to accept their version of the truth, regardless of how absurd their truth is. Because if they can get you to acquiesce and mentally kneel in submission to something as asinine as swapping genders, they can get you to believe ANYTHING. ”

Would there be any real difference between Jenner and Newsom?

And let me point out with Trump, that although he was FAR from perfect, he is the first president in 4 decades not to start a new war. It's been that fucking long. He spent 4 years demonstrating our intelligence agencies are corrupt, our "news" systems are propaganda, and our DOJ won't prosecute certain criminals but they'll prosecute innocent people.

Trump being president was very useful in getting the goddamned sheep to finally see what the system REALLY is like.

Now name ANYTHING positive Newsom has done and how could Jenner be worse?

Recall effort against Gov. Gavin Newsom has enough valid signatures to get on ballot

The recall election would take place later this year. The Lieutenant Governor is required to call a recall election to be held no less than 60 days nor more than 80 days from the date of certification of sufficient signatures.

Recall elections have different rules than traditional elections, as CalMatters pointed out earlier this year. Even if Newsom gets more votes than his challengers, he could still lose his job.

In recall elections, voters are first asked whether they would like to get rid of the incumbent. The next part is selecting a replacement from the list of challengers. Newsom, the incumbent, would not be on the list.

If the "yes" vote gets more than 50% of votes, whichever challenger comes in first on the replacement list is immediately hired as the state's new governor. The challenger doesn't need to get more than 50% of the vote, they just need to come in first from the list of replacements.

Arnold only barely won the recall. Newsom is far less popular than Arnold.

https://blog.electkevinkiley.com/its-official/

It’s official. The Secretary of State has verified enough signatures to trigger an election for the removal of Gavin Newsom.

This is an achievement of historic proportions: our country’s largest ever signature drive and our state’s greatest ever citizens movement.

In theory, Newsom could still stop the election by harassing people into retracting their signatures. But with at least 130,000 signatures to spare, that’s rather unlikely. In fact, the bill to expose the name and address of petition signers was just withdrawn by the author.

As a sign of his desperation, Newsom is personally attacking me using his “Stop the Republican Recall” Twitter account, and he just received a $25,000 donation from a high-speed rail contractor that was awarded $2.2 billion. The bonfire of corruption is fully ablaze.

This Recall can bring the era of corruption to an end, as our state’s steady decline – now a freefall – is swiftly reversed and a new era for the California Dream begins.

Exactly how is that being defined

Even at the worst, the absolute death rate was middle of the pack and 1/7 or 1/8 the death rate of NY or NJ.

Slightly above 1% or so.

California was in the news simply because of
The raw death numbers. Has the most people so

but even LA county at its worst was a fraction of NY and NJ

There was maybe only a brief period in which ICU capacity was close to taxed.

Table in mercury shows 37k deaths due to other but most of the other conditions are the same or lower. People who were sick were avoiding the hospital. strokes heart attacks etc are roughly unchanged.

Then it says suicides are Down 15%. This almost certainly can’t be true.

Covid makes up a good chunk of the excess deaths but it isn’t 90-95% of excess deaths.

from March to end of august it was 19806. Of course this is not a final number and doesn’t reflect the peak of the disease.

https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamainternalmedicine/fullarticle/2774273

Absolute excess mortalities makes sense but the rate of mortalities in California is almost certainly in the lowest quintile. The healthcare system in ca was less stressed than NY or NJ and it isn’t even close.

Pure speculation since I haven’t seen the numbers in excess deaths but I would guess California is in the lowest decile as it pertains to death rate or excess dear rate.

California would have more infected and dead simply because of its population. I would expect the to be higher than any other state basically.

————————

KHN says that excess deaths are Latinos make up the bulk of the excess deaths correlates with their dominant role in farming, meat processing, manufacturing and food service, jobs all deemed essential during the pandemic.

“This population is also more likely to live in more crowded conditions,” she said. “So not only are they exposed at work, but they are bringing disease home and with it the possibility of spreading it to their family, bringing it to the community.”
