A growing number of American parents are getting together to find ways to block the spread of the quasi-Marxist critical race theory (CRT) in schools where they send their children.

They see the doctrine as a culprit in creating a toxic environment and exacerbating problems it claims to ameliorate. School officials have been responding with denials or silence.

CRT has been spreading throughout academia, entertainment, government, schools, and corporations. It redefines America’s history as a struggle between “oppressors” (white people) and the “oppressed” (everybody else), similarly to Marxism’s reduction of human history to a struggle between the “bourgeoisie” and the “proletariat.” It labels institutions that emerged in majority-white societies as “systemically” or “structurally” racist.

CRT’s entry into schools went largely unnoticed by parents due to its being dressed up as “equity,” “anti-racist,” or “culturally responsive” initiatives. It has spawned an industry of speakers, trainers, and consultants who get paid to diagnose an organization as “systemically racist,” prescribe CRT-based initiatives as the remedy, and then to help implement it over the years to come.

Local parents began to organize in June 2020, asking for the reopening of schools that had been shuttered in response to the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus pandemic. However, it was the remote learning the district put in place that allowed parents to learn more about what their children are being taught, which raised some red flags.

“We’re seeing what our kids are learning and our goal changes from opening schools to ‘Oh my gosh. What are we sending our children back to?’” one parent, who asked to remain anonymous because of concern about reprisals, told The Epoch Times.

“Basically, they’re categorizing children by race to determine the quality of education each will have, which is absolutely unacceptable,” she added.

She said her children won’t be returning to that school.

Ban it from schools, Republicans are withholding pay increases because of critical race theory here.

AZ legislature is trying to give parents the option of opting their kids out of LGBTQP indoctrination.

Also about 5% of parents pulled their kids from public schools this year.

Only 22% of California public school kids are white. Yet white kids made up half of the total whose parents pulled them from school in the past year. Administration is bitterly complaining that this will “increase racial disparities and inequities.”

But I am just thinking, “where did all the California white kids go?” And also, “how can you blame a racial minority with no power in an institution for the failure of that institution?”

It’s the Kulaks all over again.

They can organize all they want. Just like peasants were organized in deciding things like what to plant where and when on their virgates of land that their feudal lords allocated to them.

... but in the end, when the lord's sons came through the village at night to rape the peasant daughters, they got their way.

The schools money depends on kids attendance. If parents don't send their kids they have some power.
6   RC2006   2021 Apr 23, 8:26am

Probably better off sending kids to private school in Mexico.

Then the fascists will send CPS/Police out to take the kids away. If that isn't happening already, it will soon They are just peasants to the feudal lords running this state, after all.

Possibly but unlikely as that would trigger a mass exodus out of the US. Also I would not expect Texas or FL to go along with this, so secession first, def chaos. At the end it all comes down to money. Not putting it past them but we shall see.

This is pretty much it. My buddy has a love/hate relationship in MT with Californians moving in. He has a textile business and loves the growth of his business. Hates the people, likes the money and the housing value increases. It's all coming from CA though in the Bozeman area and they all hate it. If that makes sense.

We had a half assed census last year. I don't think people understand the numbers of people heading out of CA. It's still happening in IL, so trying to be balanced. People are fleeing our states because they're run like shit. It's part of the reason I was drawn to this forum in the first place besides real estate.

People with wealth are jumping ship on CA. They may still keep a house there and rent it out as an investment. If you make anything over $250k in CA you'd not be very intelligent to stay for what you deal with.

It depends, there is still tremendous pressure on housing as many people simply leave the cities but stay in the state. I would say 20% leave the state and 80% the city of those moving. Then you have the immigrants producing more kids making up for that shortfall. Of course they would need to be making money and not be takers for the state to benefit from it, but many, esp. hispanics are doing pretty well in agriculture and wine. Lastly the wealthy often profit from the massive corruption so that they are willing to take higher taxes as long as they are guaranteed "asset, income and wealth increases" which would make up for it. Do not underestimate the power of corruption and being connected. That's why buffet can shill for higher capital gains because he made most of his money from crony deals and inside info, oracle my ass. he may have started out as a very smart man and made his first million legit, but since then it's all crony shit and you can see that recently the picks weren't that great but all the deals brokered through connection and corruption make up for it. I think the state is hurting but I don't see a mass exodus yet. Moreover I contend 80% of those leaving the state are poor (in the service industry) vs 20% middle-class or upper. I can def see the anger of people in other states from the influx of smug leftoid retards, but that has been going on for a while, after all they solidly turned CO blue. Enjoy, more smug retards are coming ;)

I have also been thinking that this is their next push: Make homeschooling illegal/unworkable somehow.

Collectivists absolutely despise anyone who won't be part of their system and behave exactly as they do. It's why it's always a lie when they claim, "so build your own platform!" whenever they kick you off of "their's". Build your own and they will attack it immediately.

Yup.

They'll start a campaign of highlighting cases where homeschooling didn't work out so well, and say "we failed this child" while talking about how they didn't receive a well rounded education that prepares them for the modern world. I've already seen this a few times.

They like to use bitter liberals who grew up homeschooled, especially those who were subjected to strict religious doctrine, and let them be the spokeman against homeschooling.

My daughter was taught that white people are bad, and blacks are oppressed by whites. Luckily we taught her that that’s bullshit, but man there’s a lot of kids getting fucked by this.

I think they were flooded out of the system by illegal alien kids.

I think the secret to American stability in the face of oppression by the elite is that the elite occasionally allows plebeians to get very rich, as a defense mechanism for themselves.

That lottery ticket mentality overwhelms the ability of people to do math or put up active resistance.

Parents didn't like the third grade courses on 'How To Cross Back Over The Border If Deported' and 'How To Cut, Weigh, And Distribute Your Drug Haul', or 'How To Cut The Best Deal With Your Pedophile Buyer', 'Your Gang Is Your Friend', and 'Best Gang Tats For Eighth Grade Graduation'.

That's one item in the "stay in California" column for me. Maybe I can do some good here I would not be able to do in a state full of sane people.

@Fortwaynemobile You could point out the truth to her: black people violently attack while people at at least 10x the reverse rate, probably closer to 20x. And so white people don't want to live near black people and get robbed, raped, and murdered by blacks. It's not oppression, it's just self-preservation.

I did. Ours is good. But you know how it is. There’s 30 in a class, few get this kind of truth talk...
