Wawa - $500 signing bonus
McD's? $200 signing bonus and $12/hr to start
Dunkies - $200 signing bonus

This is around Orlando suburbs. Begging for employees.

Now that everything is re-open, all the convenience/commuter based businesses are desperate.

Went to an Outback yesterday, was jam packed for Monday Dinner. Maybe 10-20% of dining seats were open. One seat at the bar. No masks inside at all.

$12 in Florida is not horrible. A hell of a lot better than $15 an hour in LA, not that they can find anyone to work at $15 an hour...all the lazy asses are too happy to collect the govt cheese and wait for hours at Target and Walmart to buy sports cards.

As far as Florida goes with handouts, you can get pretty obese with the food pantries... Butter, bread, peanut butter and jelly, and lately to my surprize, corn flakes from
India... I shit you not.

Yeah, there's a lot of help wanted signs in the ATL suburbs as well.

People just don't want to work.

I have a good friend who was laid off lover a year ago and he pretty much just refuses to go back to work.

Too much gov't handouts.

They are all a bunch of lazy fucks.
I'm pissed off because they want me to support them.
This AM at my friends we put TV on, it was 9 am.
AMC had on the Three Stooges.
Then an ad for how to lower your payments for your student loan.
"You realize what this means; guys are sitting around watching the Three Stooges instead of working and paying off their debts! They are probably smoking weed! Fuckers!"

Restaurants Ready to Hire, but Government Payments Keep Workers Home
BY BOWEN XIAO May 4, 2021

As more and more states start easing pandemic restrictions, restaurants large and small are grappling with a widespread problem: hiring employees.

Owners and managers from New York, California, Washington, and Chicago told The Epoch Times hiring woes have become a nightmare amid a litany of other challenges like indoor occupancy rules. They say the federal unemployment bonuses handed out during the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus pandemic incentivized people to stay home instead of working.

My SIL got hired and is a two time felon now. Weeks after getting released from jail. That's desperation. AND she got stimulus for herself and my son.... errr... nephew that we don't have custody of yet. So f'ing sick of family lately. Legit want to punch them all. Line them up and punch them.
