I'm doubtful this is a genuine article, but it would be interesting if it was.

If this is genuine, I would bet it's from the late 1800's.

No idea, supposedly from WW2. Wasn't supplied with where I pulled it from, apparently from Tweety.

We should note however that their special allotment is on top of their husband's wages from the military, that White Women certainly worked at this time regardless of children (and most Factories and Mills had child care provided for female employees, most of Whom had kids since marrying past 25 was rare back then), etc.
