I've read that both men and women prefer to look at beautiful women over ugly women, and women prefer to look at beautiful women even over handsome men.

I think this innate human response also comes through in most people preferring their phone map driving directions to be in a pleasant female voice. It's probably why "Alexa" is also a female voice by default.

She's a tad idealistic in a hard nosed, generally whorish profession, that has become even more whorish than ever. Like, most people won't already know that everything is editorialized by corporate for the benefit of behind the scenes sponsors. They did however used to let the reporters out to play once in a while to do real reporting, which just doesn't happen any more in the MSM. Fox only keeps the conservative stuff to keep the ratings, but you can see they are itching to be a wholesale propaganda outlet like the others.

The Female voice is more easily recognized, especially in the presence of background noise. Generally used in planes, such as the "Bitchin Betty" that gives warnings to "Pull Up" and such. First used in Warplanes like the F-15.
