Hey, any of you lifelong Republicans see a problem with the Patriot Act, and using torture to gain confessions NOW?

It was all fine and dandy when George W. Bush pushed this bullshit through. Anything that the US green lights to do to people in other countries, eventually comes home to roost.

This is torture!

How the fuck did things get turned so upside down?

I did not swear before the Wuhan.

Patriot Act.

This was actually before the Patriot Act. Look at the mandatory minimums set for drug offenses in the 80's. The War on Us, was when plea-deals, and violations of the 4th and 5th amendments really took off.

But you could go even further back to the suspension of Habeas Corpus during the Civil War. In one fell swoop States rights were abolished, and they have only just now started clawing back the powers unconstitutionally seized by the extremist abolitionists, under the guise of moral superiority.

If this is about the Viking Horned Cock Sucker, I don't want to fucking hear it, it's a god damned Lie.
It's misinformation to defuse the truth, that there is two tiers. He like all of the ANTIFA operatives, have remained Scott free, and didn't get charged with shit.

It's been reported for months, that the FBI were not treating the first breachers(The Jan 6th equiv. of First Responders), like those they honey trapped into following them.

Horn Boy led the tour. While everyone else got shot and arrested by the FBI in front of their family.

Next time, bomb vests and fertilizer bombs, all 50 state capitols and Pelosi's whore house.

Only McVeigh understands what has to be done.

Most prisoners are raped 24/7 unless they're strong enough to beat other prisoners unconscious and rape them. If they can inflict rectal prolapse, those guys can count on a visit from the female clerical staff - maybe with a pack of Chesterfield Kings.

It may be the patriot prisoners are just not trying hard enough.

If it's so bad, they can chew throw the fences and leave, like normal men.

McVeigh might have been CIA/FBI - there's plenty of reports that when he was put to death, he wasn't dead. He might be hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein right now. Who knows?

It's been said the Murrah federal building was blown up with C4 - not ammonium nitrate.

Take everything with a grain of salt. Unless you want to do a deep dive, calculate energy potentials, and understand detonations, it's not even worth figuring it out and if you can't figure it out, you can't draw a conclusion.

It gives me such warm fuzzies to see "the right" finally realize that the intelligence agencies are nothing but a bunch of fucking lying criminal thugs. Wasn't like this back in 2003 when "all 17 intelligence agencies agree that Saddam Hussein has a secret weapons of mass destruction program, and we can't wait for the final proof to come in the form of a mushroom cloud!!!!"

Our intelligence agencies are the Stasi.

The 2nd Amendment makes no exception for Political Prisoners.

Visit them and give them the means to protect themselves and boxes of ammo and grenades, also guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment.

I know it's been going on for a long time, but the Patriot Act - that was the end of the 4th amendment. That's when it became legal for the intelligence agencies to spy on the ENTIRE population. Judges, lawyers, legislators, CEOs - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How much power do you think they have? They have infinite extortion power. All they need to do is find something in your past to blackmail you, and if they can't find anything on you, they can find something on your boss, or wife, or kid..

Or invent something if needed - ala Steele Dossier.

I know it's been going on for a long time,

I just a minute ago ran into this:
"On Dec. 4, 1981, 20 years before 9/11, President Ronald Reagan signed Executive Order 12333. This directed the military — the NSA is in the military — to begin spying on Americans whose communications presented a danger to national security, and to do so without search warrants. The NSA relies on this unconstitutional executive order for authority to engage in mass warrantless surveillance or targeted, individual warrantless surveillance."
Reagan also made some of the first unconstitutional abridgments of the Posse Comitatus Act in order to fly AWACs planes in the War (on some) Drug. The destruction of our freedoms has been a long bi-partisan effort

Fact check it before you think it to be true. Not to mention that’s 30+ years ago, previous executive orders don’t matter. Only current presidents orders matter, they aren’t law.

Fact Check:
Executive Order 12333 is still in effect although amended (enhanced?) by subsequent EO's. According to the American Bar Association "Both executive orders and proclamations have the force of law, much like regulations issued by federal agencies" unless and until they are rescinded or modified by new orders or legislation. The NSA currently uses this order and other pretexts to justify spying on Americans.
