Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, a Republican, said the state Senate doesn’t have the ability to recall electors for the Nov. 3, 2020, election, after a fellow Republican lawmaker called for new elections.

Fann told One America News Network (OANN), which has been covering the audit of Maricopa County, that the upper chamber has the ability to provide auditors with the materials they need—including through the use of subpoenas—but the certification of electors is a different matter.

“The Senate body—we do not have the authority to do that. So, this is what we have said, and I want to make this very clear on the record,” the Republican state leader said on July 16.

Fann’s comments came as former President Donald Trump issued a statement declaring that the audit revealed there were irregularities and fraud that would have swayed the election in his favor last year. On July 15, the Senate held a hearing in the midst of a months-long review carried out by Florida-based tech firm Cyber Ninjas and teams told lawmakers they discovered discrepancies.

Doug Logan, CEO of Cyber Ninjas, told senators that auditors couldn’t find any record of Maricopa County sending more than 74,000 mail-in ballots and also discovered that around 18,000 people voted, but were taken off voter rolls “soon after the election.” He also noted that there were “11,326 people who were not on the voter rolls on Nov. 7, 2020, but appeared on the rolls on Dec. 4, 2020, and 3,981 people who voted after registering after Oct. 15, 2020.”

After the hearing, some Republican senators called for Arizona’s 11 electors—who went for Biden—to be recalled.

“A new election must be conducted. Arizona’s electors must not be awarded fraudulently & we need to get this right,” Sen. Wendy Rogers, a Republican, wrote in a pair of Twitter posts last week.

But Fann, in her OANN interview, said that the Senate in this situation only has “the ability to subpoena information because we make laws,” noting that they’re “entitled to have the information to determine how to write those laws.”

“That’s why we are successful in court, and that’s what we’re doing. It’s all about election integrity. It’s not about the Trump–Biden race. It’s not about the Kelly–Martha McSally race,” Fann remarked, referring to the 2020 presidential election that saw the inauguration of President Joe Biden, as well as the U.S. Senate race that was won by Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.).

Following the hearing, Maricopa County officials and Democrats such as Secretary of State Katie Hobbs claimed that the audit team and Senate Republicans are incompetent and said their findings shouldn’t be taken seriously.

For months, Maricopa County executives and Republican senators were embroiled in a legal tug-of-war over the county’s ballots and election equipment. Ultimately, a judge ruled that the Senate does indeed have the subpoena power to carry out the audit, which began in April. ...

Rogers’ office didn’t respond to a request for comment by press time.

That's it folks, wholesale abandonment of democracy.

Only corporate globo-homo is in charge now, supported by misguided leftists who would murder their own children as long is blocks Trump from being fairly elected.

It was abandoned 20 years ago when we didn't string up George W. Bush for lying us into the Iraq War.

There was the top of the slippery slope. We let a president violate the Geneva Conventions and do what we accused Fascist Germany of doing which the Geneva Conventions are written to prevent any other country from doing - a war of nothing but aggression.

If he was executed, as he should have been, we wouldn't be here.

When the American population accept outright criminal brutality against another nation, they accepted criminals could run the nation.

It does seem that Karen Fann is holding her cards close to her chest. There is a rumor that some combo of AZ Senate and Congress could recall electors, but it doesn't seem likely, no specific laws and no precedents. The question is, can our country tolerate another year and half of Chinese Communist and Globalist destruction for another possibly rigged election cycle.

I remember this board back in the days. Most of us, myself included, were liberals hating Bush and praising Obama. Until we realized Obama was full of shit, just a face for the people to look at puppet. Trump was the one many liked because he was outsider and rich enough to tell billionaires to fuck off. So they burned America down to get another puppet in quickly.

If 911 had happened with Trump Libs and media would have called for his immediate impeachment blaming him while praising the terrorists. Completely retarded to even compare Bush and his family history of warmonging and Trump.

And here's another thought for that Hindu Boot licker Farmer2000

I was in a small minority in this country, I would even wager with 80% of the people on this board, in 2001. IN that I did not support invading Iraq, or Afghanistan, Everyone else was gung-ho and ready to go kick their ass. Me, the Dixie Chicks, and Richard Gere were the only people in America that was against it.
Worse than that, was then to listen to the Idiots all parrot the same mantra a year later. "Bush Lied! People Died!"

They would have bombed India just a year before.

I knew we had the forces that could have gone in, in the middle of the night and took out Bin Laden before the sun came up.. With out a declaration of War and the Shit show everyone else was signing up for.

And guess what, that's exactly what happened. They took out Bin Laden after two weeks in Afghanistan, then lied and said they missed him. Because they knew everyone would want to bring the boys back home. Obama had someone murdered in Pakistan, that wasn't Bin Laden, he died a decade before. Then Obama had the Seal team 6 terminated to cover his tracks.

There is massive pressure on the State of Arizona's AG to start rolling out indictments. Remember that the preliminary audit results are just a few days old.

It is going to take some time to get this going through our legal procedures. Our legal system is not quick. The rich and well connected hate our laws, but they love our system.

Political parties do matter to a certain extent though - while there's corruption in both the Republican party is much preferable to Democrats today, and most reformed Republicans, Trumpists, and tea-partiers have long abandoned the old guard of the likes of w boosh. Trump would likely not have become president without running on a Republican ticket. So if you assign current left and current right the same blame/evilness then you have it wrong. There are enormous forces inside the Republican party to reform it for the people and by the people as well as enormous forces of corruption holding it back, but compared to the corrupt globalist-marxist dem politbureau the modern Republican party is preferable.

Their power comes for dividing the plebs in small silos... also look around carefully how it is done.

Bannon interviewed Constitutional lawyer John Eastman. The broader implications on the overall election of course remain to be seen if one state does not have a valid slate of electors.

https://t.me/praying_medic/3298
John Eastman, a Constitutional lawyer and former Trump advisor, weighs in on AZ State Senate President Karen Fann’s assertion that the state legislature has no authority to remedy a fraudulent election.

Eastman acknowledges that while we are in uncharted territory, there are several things we can point to:

1) the 1960 Hawaii election precedent, in which the Governor certified a new slate of electors after they discovered error in the initial certification

2) “Section 2 of Title 3 of the United States Code recognizes the authority of the legislature to fix election problems: it states that “when a state has had an election and has failed to make a choice on the day that was prescribed by law, meaning the choice that was made… was fraudulently given because of the illegal votes, the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day in such manner as the legislature in such state may direct.”

3) Common law, which establishes that
fraud invalidates contracts – and an election is nothing if not a contract. That leads to “void ab initio“ which means that fraud taints everything resulting from it.

“We have ample authority to fix this problem, we don’t have to live with a fraudulent election,” Eastman explains. Although “the Constitution does not set out a remedy, it does not foreclose remedies.” However, he affirms that “the precondition for discussion of possible remedies is definitive proof of not only election fraud… significant enough to have effected the results of an election in enough states to have affected the results of the electoral college vote.”

28   Tenpoundbass   2021 Jul 19, 7:44pm

What course of action will be best, after all of the fraud is uncovered and the election is called into question. Who knows, it does not need an official "Decertification" for a resolution for the election. An election do over, or a Decertification and Trump is declared the winner. There are no provisions to say which is best. But it doesn't mean that one of the options wont be invoked.

What is clear, the constitution does not protect a fraudulently elected President. They gave us the 2nd amendment, they didn't need to spell out every single reason we needed it. For the same reasons, they didn't cover every scenario on our elections.

Could you imagine had the put in a clause over a stolen election? It would have been insulting, of course, it would go without saying, an unduly elected official has no right to hold on the seat. Nor do they have any right to use the language in the constitution to keep their power.

They didn't need to put that, because at the time, hanging would have already resolved the succession question.

Arizona Senate Not Holding Maricopa County in Contempt Due to Holdout Republican

BY ZACHARY STIEBER July 22, 2021

The Republican-controlled Arizona Senate isn’t voting to hold Maricopa County officials in contempt for refusing to fully comply with election audit subpoenas because of a single Republican senator.

Republicans lost a seat in the state Senate in the Nov. 3, 2020, election and hold a narrow 16–14 majority. That gives state Sen. Paul Boyer, a Republican, the power to stymie efforts to hold the county’s Board of Supervisors (BOS) in contempt.

“Senator Boyer agreed to proceed with [the] audit but when Maricopa BOS refused to cooperate, Boyer would not vote with us for the resolution of contempt which leaves us one vote short,” Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, a Republican, wrote in a July 21 social media post.

Boyer is a traitor.

31   Patrick   2021 Jul 23, 1:22pm

Trump agrees that Boyer is a traitor:

Republican Arizona State Senator Paul Boyer, a RINO if there ever was one, is doing everything in his power to hold up the damning Forensic Audit of Maricopa County which has been taking place over the last 90 days. The people of Arizona are demanding it. Boyer has been nothing but trouble, and nobody knows why. All we demand is Voter Integrity! He is being primaried by a strong and highly respected challenger, former Arizona State Representative Anthony Kern.

It's like when you have a big meeting and your boss starts yelling and asking for someone to step forward to say something. Everyone (including you) sit there and wait for the idiot to emerge.

I have seen this for myself when I worked at a major financial institution.

The VP in charge of the group had a meeting of the 100 people under him and proposed a remarkably stupid idea. It was like the boss from Dilbert in real life.

(The idea was to give the site for investment managers a TV game show interface.)

He asked for feedback and everyone was silent.

Finally, one English guy stood up and said "That idea sucks."

He was fired a few months later. But then again, they said he was fired because in a meeting on how to increase diversity among employees, he asked "Why? Our goal is to make money for shareholders, so we should care only about job qualifications and not about race or sex at all."

I was always employer poison anyway. I just tried to mind my own business, but without a certain ritual of subservience, much less any kind of cold observation, you are generally on the 'out the door' list.

However, I always found work again in two weeks or so as long as I was looking, so I kind of got used to the carousel.

This is why I eventually just went into business for myself, which worked out much better, even though I was a poor business person, but was good at what I did. It also kept me busy all the time, rather than falling asleep at somebody else's business.
35   Patrick   2021 Jul 23, 5:34pm

Lol, you seem very much like me @Ceffer

I really had a problem with the ritual of subservience and with keeping my mouth shut.

I also always found work again quickly when I wanted to. Well, there was that one patch in like 2004 when the job market sucked and it took 6 months to get a new job, but aside from that it was OK.

And I agree that working for yourself is far more interesting than working for someone else.
36   SumatraBosch   2021 Jul 23, 10:09pm

I had to work for someone else for two weeks.

I listened to the owner - put in business by dad - drone on and one at 8:30 AM meetings wondering why the 12 people who worked there did not beat him to death with hammers.

I wondered how anyone could endure it without leaping from the roof.

Owner would come to my desk and tell me about his ideas and I resisted the urge to grab his ears and shatter his skull on the edge of the desk.

Smiled calmly at the thought - which seemed to convince the owner someone on earth could actually give a flying fuck what he thinks.

Accountant would come by and ask why I did not fill in time sheets and I resisted the urge to grab his ears and shatter his skull on the edge of the desk.

Accountant finally came by desk and told me rules about how to fill in the 15 minute time blocks. I made shit up and gave him one filled in and I resisted the urge to grab his ears and shatter his skull on the edge of the desk.

Accountant came by and asked why there were no bathroom breaks included in my time sheet blocks and I resisted the urge to grab his ears and shatter his skull on the edge of the desk.
