The event was scheduled to headline sitting members of Congress, Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia and Matt Gaetz of Florida.
The 1st Amendment was not made to protect civilized, agreeable speech that aligns with the vague "values" of a ruling political party. There is also no clause that says speech must be delivered in a kind, calm tone.

Instead, it was written to protect the combative and offensive voices of those the government thinks go against its "values" or that it believes are peddling in disinformation. It exists to protect people and their values from the government and its values [read: unlimited power], not the other way around.

I know. Why would they be merely violating the First Amendment, when they could be committing treason and getting away with it like everybody else. Pikers.
