Perhaps, since FBI is "owned" by the owners of this country, it is productive from their viewpoint that people fight each other based on their skin color or whatever other characteristics, instead of asking why common man gets fucked by banks and large corporations. Fight among yourselves peasants, don't burn down our mansions and don't question why we are able to break the laws and get bailed out after that.
