I think they are expecting to be let out of all liability, because it's all for the greater glory of Pfizer, which is actually running the country now.

And I think they are right about that.

Ask them to sign something stating they're liable. Have a lawyer draw it up. Guessing they'd be advised not to sign, and may decide to drop your requirement as a result.

The Florida allows mandates for employees, just not for customers. The lawyer write up is a good idea.
