Biden announces plan to mandate vaccines at businesses with 100 or more workers.

Next week they're having OSHA create the rules.

Who's taking liability for side effects and death?

The CCP has crossed the Rubicon.

Fiat legislation again by the Executive. Was a major accelerant of the election fraud as well.

Supreme Emperor Biden’s insane new round of vax mandates: “We’ve been patient. But our patience is wearing thin”

Joel Abbott

Sep 9th, 2021 6:18 pm
What a cheerful dude, eh?

Yep, that's just plain ol' Joe, the guy who likes ice cream and cool cars. And his "patience is wearing thin" for all you people who have very legitimate and thoughtful reasons not to get vaxxed.

"We've been patient. But our patience is wearing thin, and your refusal has cost all of us," he said, all but biting off his words. The unvaccinated minority "can cause a lot of damage, and they are."

The expansive rules mandate that all employers with more than 100 workers require them to be vaccinated or test for the virus weekly, affecting about 80 million Americans. And the roughly 17 million workers at health facilities that receive federal Medicare or Medicaid also will have to be fully vaccinated.

Biden is also signing an executive order to require vaccination for employees of the executive branch and contractors who do business with the federal government — with no option to test out. That covers several million more workers.

You might be asking, is that legal?

Answer: Emperor Joe doesn't care!

Osha has yet to craft this, will it include remote workers? Contractors? I expect it to be challenged and overturned by scotus but that may take a while.

You don't take the agent, you test weekly or wait to get fired, collect severance then move on to a smaller company.
7   Patrick   2021 Sep 9, 4:30pm

The tests are also very profitable, I'm sure.

And not necessarily safe, frequently (or always?) using ethylene oxide as a solvent on them, a known carcinogen.
8   DhammaStep   2021 Sep 9, 4:34pm

Losing your job to this?

Guess fucking what?

Your new full time occupation better be saving this country/world from greedy psychopaths. Teach everyone you know the truth. Do it in a way that they cannot fault you for, calmly and precisely.

The benefits and pay are shit, but its better than doing nothing.
9   AmericanKulak   2021 Sep 9, 4:37pm

I am facing this.

I just got a new job in a new industry; as you know I was in the Events business.

Now, on the verge of the busiest season with unlimited overtime and attendant compensation, this happens.

I will make the Slurpies. $15/hr sucks but is doable. The Convenience Stores are desperate for employees and probably plenty of OT opportunities.

Judges are overturning every deed of Desantis one week after another. Next it'll be vaccines for kids. If I have to homeschool, I'll figure that out too.

Thank God my wife and I are self employed....

OK, DeSantis has done some good things, but I still don't trust him because he is not speaking out against employer mandates or talking about the proof that ivermectin is effective.

Then you had better do YOUR JOB and support them in any way you can. Including a place to stay and food.

AAAANDDD! Already differential, discriminatory application:

USPS gets a pass, pray tell why?

The tests are mostly free (for us, still very profitable for them). The EO is not an issue imo since they now briefly swab you on one or two nostrils right at the entrance, not far up. Just use a saline solution to rinse immediately if you're overly worried.
16   mell   2021 Sep 9, 4:55pm

I'd be more worried that some companies will want to forego the hassle of weekly testing, overhead, database etc.- unless it's ran and provided by the government - and eliminate testing on their end since proof of vaccine is "easier". The EO in the test for a brief weekly nasal swab is not the issue (more the hassle), especially compared to the clot shot.

The government runs via the postal service in large part, and so they don't want to murder too many postal workers with the jab.

Facing what? Can't weekly test?

Probably a similar reason to why cops in other countries were given exemptions. They need them and don't want to lose too many of them, yet.

Say, any mail-in voting opportunities coming up besides Newsome's recall? Sure wouldn't want all those D-ballots going undelivered.

https://dossier.substack.com/p/the-biden-admin-is-losing-its-unwinnable?token=patrick.net

None of it makes scientific sense, but it doesn’t have to, because it’s no longer about health or science, but in protecting the reputation of the White House.

The Biden Administration is losing its unwinnable “War on COVID,” and as its ratings go down in flames, it has backed itself into a corner. Instead of being honest about their failures with the American people, Biden officials are choosing to triple and quadruple down on these broken policy measures. They’re purposely pitting Americans against each other, and labeling the “unvaccinated” as the ultimate scapegoat for their failures. Time will tell if they succeed, or if Americans decide to find the courage to reject the latest series of unconstitutional edicts.

21   Karloff   2021 Sep 9, 5:36pm

All of these world "leaders" are using the same script. Australia, New Zealand, Scotland, Canada, Israel, USA, and so on.

There is no backing out now. It doesn't matter if the theatre is on fire, the show MUST. GO. ON!

It's unclear, but I'm sure the weekly test will be more expensive for my workplace of 1000+ souls than simply to let go 100-200 of us who don't have the vax.

The good news is that while OSHA will pass the regulation next week, it'll be a while before businesses could be reasonably expected to enforce them.

Recall should help.

Maybe we can look on the bright side and view this as radically reducing big government.

So far the bullets have been whistling past my ears, because I don't have to yield to any particular choke point, but if this had happened before I sold my business, I would have been so fuckt.

Do you not have free testing sites in your area? We have plenty so far, it'll be a hassle but should work. Just additional red tape. Yeah it will def be a while also it is already challenged by the RNC, Harmeet Dillon etc. It will go through the courts, one injunction will do
26   mell   2021 Sep 9, 6:01pm

I noticed something strange, the mail was absent today and the garbage men were absent yesterday, I wonder if they both went on a brief strike and that's how the usps got their exemption after firing a warning shot. As Newman said, when you control the mail... ;)

Not sure if its workplace testing or acceptance of proof elsewhere.

I hope it's the latter, since it will be a joy to run the Great Reset Regime down. I'm a stubborn son of a bitch.

I'm sure they accept proof of negative test from anywhere as these sites handle the results electronically. If they can avoid setting up a workplace testing site for in person workers by allowing remote testing facilities they will do so.

Hoping for Misdemeanor and others directly under the government heel that this is largely a head fake, and is mostly designed to lure patriots into the false flag gatherings that are booby trapped by FBI.

Thanks for your well wishes.

Just gotta get through the rest of the year, if so I can totally Indy indefinitely.

Another thought: Desantis has banned Vaccines for Businesses, I don't know if that's only for patrons/customers. I sure hope it includes employees.
37   Tenpoundbass   2021 Sep 9, 6:52pm

Scotty is saying that Joe is only doing this, so employees will quit, and our largest employers can go over seas or to Mexico.
