Companies have turned to recruiting unvaccinated workers in the latest effort to combat the nationwide labor shortage that’s preventing companies from bouncing back from the depths of the pandemic.

JP Valadez, a worker at NextGen Code Company in Lubbock, Texas, launched NoVaxMandate.org, an online job board, to help connect the unvaccinated workforce to employers in need of more help, CNN Business reported.

Since the site’s August launch, it’s drawn more than 2.25 million unique visitors and over 20,000 resumes have been posted, Valadez told CNN. The site recently had roughly 500 active listings, the report said.

For a pretty major city it’s hysterical. There are no restrictions for Covid. Nothing. Uber has its own policy but isn’t enforced. Watched 2 shows at Ryman. Up and down Broadway bars. Maybe 2-3% wore a mask.

Almost everyone we interacted with in detail all had gotten Covid since TN really never had mandates for anything. They’ve likely reached herd immunity for locals.

If you can deal with occasional cold weather and want to be somewhat urban or suburban Nashville is pretty solid. I hate Broadway because of country music but has been a solid trip. Now if I could just stop the ringing in my ears from all the overly loud music everywhere.
