Pat, here's the problem, Pfizer & J&J are members of the S&P500 and thus, it's basically impossible not to own 'em because many financial products, funds or ETFs, have some element of the S&P500 in them.
Even a blind trust will have its custodians simply rely on the S&P and not do any direct investing on their own.

Instead, their money should be in a completely blind trust for the duration of their time in office and ten years after.
This should also extend to their spouses and immediate family.
