The true impediment to our freedom and safety is the widespread belief, mostly on the left, that the "vaccines" are safe and effective when in fact they are clearly neither.

I think this belief is not motivated by facts, but by other emotional reasons:

- fear of a very weak virus, especially fear among the elderly who have money, vote, and occupy most positions of power
- the desire to believe in the vaccines as a way out, a desire that prevents even the thought that they may be harmful
- the desire to make everyone on the right suffer as a revenge for their having elected Trump
- fear of loss of status or their job, which they can see for themselves when everyone who speaks out with the truth is branded a kook
- laziness, an overwhelming sense of tiredness in the face of relentless propaganda by the media/government

What else?

And what would effectively address these emotions?

The biggest question is whether the vaxx-induced deaths will pile up to the point that they are undeniable, as everyone will know someone who died from the vaxx, or whether the deaths will stay just below that point, so that the lies and government controls still have the support of the vaxx-deluded.
