They basically said it’s a preposterous order. Now someone needs to tell the putrid smelling “journalist” Alex Cohen on Spectrum news. She hasn’t met a Democrat propaganda piece that she didn’t love shoving up her ass and vomiting out on the tv at the rest of us.

Oof - my goodness. The 5th circuit absolutely nuked the #vaccinemandate on so many grounds - and it’s not done yet. This is a preliminary ruling. They still have to finish litigating this and that could take a long time…

This ruling actually saves Biden's ass, since it will stop the mandate protests and strikes from damaging the economy and disrupting lives.

Yup. His handlers know this. I think others have brought it up here, he's just going to blame Trump's judges whether true or not. The vast majority of people are not going to look up what circuit court this was and the judges. They'll just hear it was Trump judges. From there mandate talk goes away, Biden can say he tried and potentially could win back some anti-mandate independents.

This is a win for Biden as you mention. His base thinks he tried, blames someone else for something that was completely unconstitutional. Counting on 80% of the population being complete morons is a solid strategy. That's what his handlers are doing here.

I don't trust SCOTUS on anything regardless of its leaning, especially after the Citizens United & ObamaKare rulings - its all special interests run amok, to hell with them and their corrupt, conjured consensus...
