Police informed homeowners they believed Arbery was involved with multiple burglaries in the area
* The homeowner was fearful of Arbery having caught him on tape in the area multiple times
* The homeowner and the other individuals called 911 over a dozen times concerning Arbery over the past weeks AND that day, with no response from authorities.
* The homeowner instructed neighbors to detain him and call both him and the Police if they saw Arbery.
