A U.S. bipartisan bill seeks to hold the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) accountable for its unfair trade practices, according to Rep. Bill Johnson (R-Ohio), who co-sponsored the legislation with Rep. Terri Sewell (D-Ala.).

The bill aims “to stop [China] from dumping counterfeit products dumping, flooding the market with steel,” as well as doing so “through their proxy countries” when confronted about it, Johnson told NTD’s “Capitol Report” program. NTD is an affiliate of The Epoch Times.

I suspect the virus was released to get Trump out of office because he was messing with the China outsourcing gravy train.

Me too, but they did it with funding from Fauci that came from US taxpayers. How can we hold China accountable when the guy who funded the creation of the virus is still on the US government payroll?

And the fact that he's a criminal ...

"(a) IN GENERAL.—Whoever knowingly develops, produces, stock-piles, transfers,
acquires, retains, or possesses any biological agent, toxin, or delivery system
for use as a weapon, or knowingly assists a foreign state or any organization
to do so
, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for life or any term of years,
or both. There is extraterritorial Federal jurisdiction over an offense under this sec-tion
committed by or against a national of the United States. "

I think it's clear that our 'bought & paid for' Biden admin is not going to pursue war crimes investigation into Fauci, Gates, and the merry band at the NIH.

Will the next Congress, once the Dems lose the majority, start one?

Not a chance.

Problem is, almost all of Congress is complicit in these crimes, aside from Rand Paul and Ron Johnson.

It's the classic mafia strategy: get people to commit a crime so that you have something over them. Then you can break the law and they can't tell on you without going to jail themselves.

That's why gangs have an initiation rite of the new member just murdering someone on the street at random. Then they have something over that guy and know he'll never snitch on them.

Trump told Xi to stop dumping Fentanyl on America.

That never stopped and actually increased.

The CCP knows exactly who is manufacturing and distributing it.

There is no Ooooops about it.

This is opium cultivation of Afghanistan in hectares which is roughly proportional to production:

Now from 2001 onward, the country was under US military occupation.

The reality is that the US government doesn't care about importation of illegal drugs. They are concerned with competition.

The US took part in the Opium Wars against China as an opium supplier. That's the origination of Skull and Bones. China is just returning the favor. Fentanyl is a direct competitor to opium and heroin and honestly, I'm certain there's PLENTY of people within the US government on the side of China doing this. Probably democratic dominated which is ONE of the reason they insist on keeping the US/Mexican border open.

Fentanyl doesn't require opium; it can be easily and readily manufactured without it.

Fentanyl is manufactured in pharmaceutical laboratories and in illegal labs. China is a major supplier of fentanyl to the United States, and though it has begun to regulate fentanyl and its derivatives, this has not been easy due to the ability of chemists to alter the formula for the drug.
Is Fentanyl an Opioid?

Fentanyl is a powerful and addictive opioid drug that is used to treat severe pain or pain after surgery, especially in people who have taken painkillers for long-lasting or chronic pain and have developed a tolerance to opioid medications. It is between 50 and 100 times more potent than morphine.1

Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid, which means it is manmade in laboratories. It does not rely on the opium poppy for production like opiates such as morphine. It is produced through a number of chemical reactions that require specialized skills and access to restricted chemicals.2

I've heard China make the Precursors, then ships them to Mexico when final production takes place. Cartels smuggle finished product to the USA.

Fentanyl OD's are the third leading cause of death now.

But, hey OMICRON OMICRON OMICRON!!!

I don't think they care either. DEA and such are just for posturing.

But regarding the poppy cultivation - opium poppies are grown in a variety of countries for the pharmaceutical industry (UK, Australia, Afghanistan, Tazmania, Spain, and more I'm sure). I'm not sure which countries mostly serve the us companies, but I imagine it's more or less a global market like oil from a price perspective.

My guess is fentanyl, being a synthetic opiod, doesn't need any poppies to be grown for its manufacture. That's probably one of a handful of reasons its become so popular in recent years, as the price of poppies has been steadily going up due to demand. But all the vicodin and percoset pills do, and the us writes scripts for them like candy, and that requires a steady poppy field harvest.

US military seems to have a long history of action in countries that big us industry depends on.

I wonder if the DEA is actually profitable from seizures of drug money.

This would give the DEA a motive to increase illegal drug sales in the US.
