The last vestiges of any power at Lucasfilm by Kennedy have been stripped.
To the point her pet project, some wokeass version of Avatar with Blacks, cancelled.
The Mouse over the past year realized she cost them billions in unsold tix and merchandise with her crew of Woke Star Wars millennial female writers and deconstructionist 'subversive' soyboy directors, most of whom admitted they loathed not only Star Wars, but all action/sci-fi films. Her literal "Force is Female" bunch of diverse millennial 30-something wamen had almost no experience - a handful of episodes for TV shows that lasted a couple of seasons at best - imposed Wokeness and stupidity into the Franchise.
She even interfered with the Mandalorian, the one show that was pumping out viewership and cash for Disney+.
Now she is stripped of power, a mere figurehead, a titular ruler, of Lucasfilm.

Thank God. How dare these assholes. Star Wars was truly great and right. My six year old self saw it in theatres and was enamored with the franchise, a wonderment that survived even episodes 1-3. Couldn’t survive episode 8 though. Thanks fully the Mandalorian was badass(until they tried to cancel they one actress.

The original Star Wars was magic because they consulted with Joseph Campbell, who had done decades of study on the psychology of myths, and they applied everything he taught them to the original.
