Has anyone else ever had a book printed?

I want to print out my extensive family tree as a book for relatives, and am looking for a service to do it.

I did self-create a book with Amazon's KDP (The Housing Trap) and that worked well enough, but this is different because:

- I don't care about royalties.
- I don't want it in stores, or to have an ISBN at all.
- I don't want the printer logo on the book, the way Shutterfly adds a logo.

I'm poking around the internet, but if anyone has advice, please answer here. Thanks!

Thanks @HunterTits

Have you used lulu.com yourself?

They are already giving off horrible vibes with their example books:

And they require that your account be completely exposed to Google via inclusion of the Google recapcha spyware, which I block.

I used I-Street Press, a non-profit in the Sacramento Public Library. These folks are quite helpful with tips, coaching, etc. They don't care if you want to go commercial or not. If you want to go commercial they will help, including selling services with Library of Congress. Or if you just want to print your stuff they'll do that also. Prices are quite reasonable.

I have never printed a book, but I did copy my butt on a copying machine once.
