Those agencies were probably subverted first, very long ago.
Is there an agency out there, anywhere, that actually works for the people anymore? They are all working for some other moneyed entity and us common folk come dead last in any sort of hierarchy of importance.

The Masonic ethos has always included and embraced strategic infiltration. However, another question, how did they get so many to cult-like sell their souls for rock 'n roll? The abandonment of moral compass to lies and self interest all at once is really strange.

There is also the issue that over time, corruption tends to grow as the same people in power get to know each other.

The solution is to keep swapping out the people in power, finding new people who don't know the current crowd at all, from totally different social circles.
