Biden’s Chief of Staff Found Guilty of Violating Hatch Act by Special Counsel, Gets Slap on Wrist

'Now you care about immigration!' Woke MSNBC guest slammed for vow to 'investigate' Elon Musk's US citizenship after ranting he 'does NOT love the USA' and is trying to 'manipulate' the left and right into 'violence'

Wow, hypocrisy and selective justice at the same time!

Hypocrisy: doesn't care about real illegals stealing jobs from the poorest Americans.
Selective justice: investigating someone for purely political reasons.

The Secret Service has found hundreds of documents it previously denied having in relation to the probe into Hunter Biden’s alleged gun violations, conservative watchdog Judicial Watch revealed Thursday.

Judicial Watch has been investigating if the Secret Service protected Hunter from scrutiny after the president’s son revealed in a 2019 text message the FBI got involved in the case of a missing firearm tossed in a Delaware dumpster by Hunter’s former sister-in-law-turned-lover. Nobody was charged with wrongdoing, according to reports.

Text messages purportedly from Hunter reveal what appears to be a contradiction in an official Secret Service statement, which claims the agency had “no involvement” in an alleged case involving Hallie Biden finding a gun “inside of Hunter Biden’s pickup” and tossing “it in a trash can behind a grocery store where they frequently shopped.” Yet Hunter’s text messages say “the police the FBI the Secret Service came on the scene.”

The gun store owner who sold the weapon to Hunter reportedly refused to supply the paperwork to the Secret Service when they allegedly sought to retrieve it at the time of the incident, suspecting the agency’s officers would keep the documents away from scrutiny.
Hunter has also allegedly made false statements on a gun purchase background check ATF form 4473. Conveying false inflation to ATF on form 4473 carries a fine of up to $250,000 and up to ten years in prison. ...

Hunter is under investigation by Joe Biden’s Justice Department for tax and gun related violations.

LOL! As if anyone in Biden's corrupt DOJ is going to do anything about Hunter's crimes.

True. NEVER.

This is the kind of thing that led to the French Revolution.

No, that would be starvation. We have an obesity epidemic with lots of cheap entertainment. People are not going to risk losing the easy life no matter how much they hate the vote steal and other corruption. Famous despot phrase - "Never fear the angry man, fear the hungry man."

Attorney General Merrick Garland is feeling the heat over the obvious double standard between the Mar-a-Lago FBI raid on Donald Trump’s home to retrieve classified documents and Joe Biden’s Car-a-Lago scandal. As a result, Biden’s hit man, who “can’t comment on an ongoing investigation,” has clearly green-lighted his patented leaks to friendly media to make excuses for his duplicity. If this weren’t such a tell for how corrupt the Justice Department is, the excuses would be funny. But since America’s system of jurisprudence in the DOJ and the FBI is clearly so irretrievably fallen, and could take civil society sliding down the hill with it, we should consider Garland’s excuses in the seriousness with which they’re offered.

NEW YORK, NY — In response to an involuntary manslaughter charge stemming from a tragic shooting on the set of the movie Rust, Alec Baldwin's attorneys have announced that their client plans to enter a plea of "Democrat."

"Yes, my client did discharge a firearm that killed one person and injured another, but he is, after all, a Democrat," said a representative for the defense counsel. "Surely a valiant Left-wing hero like Alec, who has championed Democrat policies his whole life, deserves a second chance. We have full confidence the jury will see this and make the right decision."

Sources familiar with the case confirmed that Baldwin is, in fact, an important Democrat, which could make him immune from conviction in a state like New York.

"These charges should be dropped immediately. He's a Democrat, for goodness sake!" said legal expert Lamden O'Tool. "Did you see how many charges against Andrew Cuomo were dropped? That's right--ALL of them. Besides, have you seen Alec Baldwin's Trump impression? GENIUS! Come on people, have some humanity!"

At publishing time, Baldwin's defense team had made a motion to dismiss the case on the basis that he's also a very important movie star.

comments on the two-tier justice system that ignores the 459 documented crimes found in Hunter Biden's laptop.

•140 business crimes
•191 sex crimes
•128 drug crimes

Unless I’m missing something, this appears to support the argument that there is political bias in the justice system.

That is not to presume a guilty verdict or prison, but not bringing this to court at all is hard to explain.

When I was coming of age in the 1950s, Southern prosecutors would target civil rights workers and search for any possible violation of the law, no matter how technical. If they discovered or invented a violation, they would indict, prosecute, convict and sentence the target.

Often the violation would be of an obscure statute that had never before been deployed. To paraphrase the late Justice Robert Jackson, these anachronistic statutes and precedents lie around “like loaded weapons“ ready to be selectively enforced against political enemies.

Not to compare Mr. Bragg’s NYC to Stalin’s Soviet Union, a sordid episode from the past does come to mind: the notorious head of the KGB, Lavrentiy Beria, once said to Stalin: “show me the man, and I will find you the crime.” Closer to home, J. Edgar Hoover would often target his political enemies for investigation. Or as a South American dictator once threatened: “for my friends everything; for my enemies the law.“

That, precisely, is what we are now seeing with the Manhattan district attorney, Alvin Bragg, targeting the former president and current candidate, Donald Trump.

Does anyone actually believe that if someone else were accused of paying hush money to avoid a sex scandal in the manner that Mr. Trump is suspected of doing, he would be prosecuted?

THREAD: Joe Biden was the architect of the 1994 Crime Bill that sent millions of Americans to prison for doing what his son is doing right here.

Why aren't the Bidens being prosecuted for the 459 fully documented crimes found on Hunter's laptop?

See https://bidenlaptopreport.marcopolousa.org/ for the 459 crimes.

I'd caution about people getting into bed with people like Dershowitz.

The guy is human garbage and if you get into bed with him, it will stain you.

Whatever happened with Emily Rose Grover?

Apparently (apparently) the charges were dismissed:

A spokesperson for the sorority told The Post: “At the time Emily Grover pursued membership in Alpha Delta Pi, she had been fully cleared of all charges.”

I bet she was just a psycho cunt asshole. No shortage of them. Why this would rise to the level of law enforcement is stupid. Apparently her mother worked for the school, and she was using that account. That's a dick thing to do but, who cares?

So Hilary Clinton funded the Steele dossier as a legal expense; found guilty & that dossier was used to push false Russia collusion on Trump; so why was Hilary not indicted? What about the gun running by Eric Holder? This is pure politics and the democrats best be careful doing this for political purposes for it will come back to you; so both cases same, yet Trump is being pursued? How come? Putin is charged by ICC? What about the weapons of mass destruction and Iraq by Powell and the US government? Be careful what you people do as to Trump and Putin, it will, not if, but ‘will’ be visited onto you. This is politics. Kafkaesque. Am I wrong to raise this? Let us be honest and be upfront.
